"Stayed 1st week in May 2026. Upon arrival at 9:30 pm there was no food available, after having been travelling all day. All week the food in the main restaurant was never hot, lukewarm at best. A constant strong smell of sewage in reception and bar area. We had booked through TUI who class this hotel as five star and believe me it’s far from it. Generally the hotel looks very tired and needs some money spent on it. The speciality restaurants are not what they appear to be, all the same restaurant but different cuisine on different nights. Also a supplement has to be paid to use these, but at €40’s each we felt this was too much on top of already having paid to be all inclusive. It’s not like you can choose to eat out at all as the hotel is in the middle of nowhere."

"Very disappointed very tired and dirty the photos on the web site do not reflect the rooms are the place at all the food is cold and most off the food stations in restaurants are empty after asking for a kettle for our room over 4 times at reception to be told that hat they don’t put kettles in rooms which it says in room description that kettle and coffee machine in rooms so after no joy from reception we went to guest service desk spoke to two lovely ladies sena and sibet . They were both fantastic after 5 minutes we received a kettle in our room also they sent the cleaning staff in to deep clean our room and maintenance staff to do some off the maintenance jobs that needed doing they also offered to move us rooms but the other room wasn’t any better than the one we are in this is my personal opinion only and if they stated no kettle in the room no problem I would have brought my own travel one with me after speaking to other guest some have said that they have kettles in there rooms ??? The pool it freezing cold not many people use it we have a swim up room and that is also cold we have been in it once . The one good thing about this hotel is the steak house restaurant what a fantastic experience the staff are lovely the food was hot and fantastic the whole experience is fantastic meal is one hundred percent value you get to go there once free on your holiday so it’s worth a visit the food is that bad in the restaurant that some night we don’t even bother going in there . We have paid over £5000 for two weeks here for two off us so we feel like this is definitely not good value for your money and definitely will not come again there is no way that this is a 4 star establishment more like a 2 star We read all the reviews before we booked this hotel and most off them were very good that is why we booked this hotel . Like I said this is my personal experience every one else’s standards might be different but when I book a 4 star hotel I at least expect it to be clean and not needing to have repairs done in our room while we are here any way we’re are trying to make the most off our stay here but to tell the truth I can’t wait to go home ."

"Love the location – just steps from the beach! The premium rooms are fantastic, each with its own private pool right outside your door, and the sparkling shoreline is only meters away. The atmosphere was a bit quiet at first because of rainy weather during the first days of my stay, with the snack bars closed due to wind and dampness. But once the sun came out, everything brightened up beautifully. With no children allowed, it had a wonderfully serene and mature vibe. The room was lovely – clean, comfortable, and the lighting was super fun, with customizable colors to set the mood. The cleaning lady was discreet and attentive, always quickly replacing water bottles and towels, even without the door sign. The all-inclusive setup felt like excellent value for money – I’ll definitely be coming back! Everything was generally spotless, though heavy rain caused a minor sewage backup, which made the sauna and lobby less pleasant for a couple of days. Noise was moderate – a few chats at night, but with my Loop earplugs it wasn’t a problem. Service was friendly overall, though sometimes they forgot to offer drinks in the restaurant; maybe I was just a stingy tipper! I was hoping to get Lira from the hotel ATM, but my HSBC Global Money Card didn’t work, so I had to head into town for cash. Amenities were very good: the sauna could have been hotter, but the hammam was clean and the massage was amazing. The spa staff were attentive and welcoming. At checkout, I was still able to enjoy the facilities and sip cocktails at the bars – a perfect ending to a wonderful stay! Downside: The food was a mixed bag – the desserts were great, but the main meals didn’t seem particularly special. The red wine was not good. The coffee was smooth but nothing extraordinary. Many of the snack bars were closed, though that may have been due to bad weather. The Steakhouse and Sushi restaurant only open on Wednesdays and Thursdays, so I missed them during my short stay. I love this place; I hope to return if possible."
