"We came for holiday 4person family. When we enter the room. We found three beds and one chair. I sead to administration that we need four bed, thay say pay +75euro per night if you all want to sleep on bed. Now you with shildren thwy can sleap o that foldable chair. I complain to everyone i could but was no sucsess. My children and wife refuse to sleep on that chair, so i had to becouse i was responcible by choosing this hotel. They agree to bring small foldible bed, so i slept on that foldible bed for 9nights. It was not 5* experience and want back home to my bed asap. So if you 4person family consider that one of you will have this experience if you take standart room. My expectations was not high but thot that we will all get beds, maybe two doble bed."

"I am writing a review about the hotel because I have something to compare it with, and you can draw your own conclusions. The hotel's location is not particularly bad, but you need to take into account which room you are assigned; if it has a view of the road, be prepared for cars with loud music until 4 am, if it has a view of the pool, there will be noise from the guests, if it's a field, the view is not great, but it's the quietest. The walls in the room are very thin; in the previous one, we didn't hear anything or anyone, but there we heard children crying, family quarrels, and how bad people felt after the party. The room cleaning was daily, but that's all visually; be prepared for it not to be perfectly clean, but we don't emphasize that much; the bed and towels were clean and good. Wi-fi is awful! In the room, it only worked in the bathroom and even then intermittently, the same all over the property, if I were writing or calling from the children's room, I couldn't always see it right away because the internet lived its own life. The sea was dirty, their sewage was flowing into it nearby, which we readily believe, or as they say, a river, but it smelled of sewage, so all of it went into the sea, besides that there were many algae, we got into bad weather, so there was even more algae and no one was cleaning them, people dug paths to the sea for the children themselves. The beach bar is not bad, the food is like KFC, not bad either, but very oily. I'll tell you right away, if you like cola, they have it, like Blackhead or Red Price. The juices are the same, I drank them from children's rooms because I have increased sensitivity to sugary drinks. As for food, there is enough choice, but everything is either bland, or very spicy, or salty. I came with a thirst to eat something salty, but it was impossible to eat them, they were too salty. Alya Cart is one name, we visited all four and were disappointed, in three they gave goulash of different cuts calling it by different names. The animation is adult and disgusting, the main animator walked like a star rooster to show off and that's it. All the animation was mainly designed for drunk (not sober) people, if you like to relax, then welcome. They played the same music for 10 days in a row, and the only show was a 35-minute circus and that's it. Many employees are very cheeky, they ask for a bribe, and if you give the wrong amount, they demand more, we were in shock for the first time. I liked the bakery area, it's a shame it closed early, there was a very tasty San Sebastian there. They gave us trout at the end of our vacation, but we were already so disappointed that we didn't really want to try anything there. We went on a tour, the child left the phone on the bus, but they didn't return it to us, they said it wasn't there... Keep in mind that they will return the unnecessary junk, forget about the valuables. The hotel itself is beautiful, the slopes are not bad, only the owl didn't work, so because of the weather the water was very cold, but we skied. The water in the indoor pool was also very cold, but people swam out of desperation. In the spa, it's all about commerce; to get into the jacuzzi, you have to pay for their services. Unfortunately, everything is geared towards the beautiful and warm jacuzzi; you buy a package (washing or whatever the correct term is, massage, face mask, and then the jacuzzi). They apply the mask to everyone with one brush; during the wash, they scrub you so hard, you won't believe it. The massage is an economy option with stones, and the stones aren't treated after everything. And the jacuzzi has a line of dirt and grease on the walls from people; when they saw that, they stopped going. In general, the owners' attitude towards everything is negligent. I liked the playground, the children's room too, the staff in the children's room where the master classes were held were the most friendly and responsive."
