"We went with our family: 2 adults and 2 children (1.5 years and 4 years). We lived in a two-story room near the water park. The hotel is clearly geared towards families with children; I wouldn't recommend it for adults or couples. About 60% Russians, 20% Germans, the rest Poles, British, and others.
Overall, I liked everything, but there are a few downsides that some might find very significant.
Disadvantages:
The air conditioners in the room are not working. In our dates, the weather was around 25-28 during the day and 18-20 at night, so it wasn't exactly critical. There is a small note in the room descriptions that the conditioners work until September 15th, please be careful. We didn't notice.
Terribly uncomfortable mattresses on separate beds. They are old and saggy, it was uncomfortable to sleep, my back started hurting by the end of the rest. The pull-out sofa with a topper on the second floor is quite firm.
There are no mosquito nets. There are really a lot of mosquitoes, there are electric fly swatters on the territory, but they are not always turned on. Keep in mind.
Beach loungers by the sea since the pea king's time, wooden, as written in every review :))) they are VERY uncomfortable, heavy, and have a poorly adjustable backrest. About half of them are on the beach now, apparently they started to change little by little
On the second floor, in the room, the window has no curtains at all. Accordingly, be prepared for a very early rise if your children are sensitive to light
Paid chalans right in the center of the hotel, in plain sight. Guys, I kind of get it - you need to make a profit and stuff, but chasing kids away from paid slot machines and rides every evening during leisure time, it's not that much fun. This takes a lot of strength and energy - not at all what you expect from a vacation.
Disgusting scandalous SPA employees (men) who constantly make remarks to guests and aggressively sell add-ons like massages. You make a face if you just came to the hammam and are changing towels. Well, it rained for three days, we were there often.
The heated indoor pool is nominal, it is VERY cold to swim there, it is barely suitable for children. Waiting for at least 28-30 degrees, but at most it was 22-23. Heating on rainy days was turned on only after contacting Guest Relations
The water park is next to the mosque. Accordingly, the muezzin sings quite loudly 5 times a day, and the children wake up from it.
Pros:
Children's infrastructure. Play area near the main restaurant, super theme, I sent the kids there and I can eat peacefully and keep an eye on them from a distance. A large, full-featured water park for all ages, from 1 year old to teenagers and adults. They let children from 3 years old ride the roller coaster. Next to it is a large bass pool with an artificial current and a jacuzzi. Comfortable loungers and chairs, lots of umbrellas. Bliss!
There is a separate sandbox with a water tap for children on the beach.
All playgrounds under sun shelters.
Nutrition. It is very convenient that there are places to eat and bars throughout the entire hotel. You can find food almost at any time.
There is a separate lunch restaurant near the beach - it has tasty fast food, KFC chicken, pizza, burgers, and so on. Around the water park, all day long there are various snacks, sandwiches, corn, waffles, pastries. After dinner in the main restaurant, there are snacks until late at night. Ice cream at the beach and at dinner - in balls, very tasty (often in AI it's just for show) and at the water park (Algida, store brand).
The menu is well thought out, the food is delicious, there is nothing "for show," meat, fish, pizza, burgers, hot dogs, fried chicken, everything is tasty, with enjoyment. I would also point out that it's not like that in all AI hotels; often there is a choice, but they prepare it "for show."
The main restaurant has a large selection of food, and interesting themed days.
Big respect to the chef.
The hotel team works great. All the bartenders, waiters, and chefs are quick-witted, friendly, not lazy, and it's clear that they are committed to quality work and results. Special thanks for the attitude towards the children, they will always help, a very kind and caring attitude.
What does it say that after the rain they wiped the seats in the amphitheater before the performance and served hot mulled wine in cold weather, or they launched the water park by canceling the daytime break after the morning downpour, etc., and so on. Truth is very caring, I was pleasantly surprised.
The staff understands basic Russian, a little English.

The sea in late September is magnificent, warm and comfortable. The beach for children is just right, there are pebbles and good sand and waves, it's fun to play. Yes, the entrance because of the stones requires slippers and the depth is immediately over a meter from the entrance, but I won't call it a negative, just a feature. A gentle entry is a more dangerous thing for children, it creates an illusion of safety and weakens vigilance, but the kids still require constant supervision in the water, and here you are always on alert - you don't let go without life jackets/rings and keep an eye on them :)))
The sun tents on the beach were very nice, in my opinion, they are much more convenient than umbrellas.
The territory is large, green, well-maintained, perfect for walks, there is a place to hide from the sun or to walk with a stroller. There is a good route for running.
There is a small amusement park, great to go before dinner, to ride the attractions with the kids.
My resume:
A wonderful place for a family vacation. The hotel is worn in places, much of it needs repair or renovation (rooms, lots of small things like chipped tiles, carelessly painted ceilings with paint stains everywhere, old pillows with clumped filling, sheets and towels with snags, etc.).
It is not for those who need "luxury and premium." None of that was critical to us.
In my opinion, the hotel is not suitable for a vacation without children - there are many of them here, they are everywhere all day, they are active, jumping, and making noise. This may be unusual for people without children, but it's not a downside, just a feature of the hotel, keep that in mind.
The most important thing is that we really rested, the children were busy in various formats, and that is the main factor for parents' relief.
If you want to have a soulful rest with the kids, I recommend.
For the hotel management, I would recommend:
Do not turn off the air conditioners, it's sad without them despite the autumn
Sleeping places (mattresses, toppers, pillows) - all of this requires updating. Sleep is the most important part of rest.
Curtains for a triangular window on the second floor in a double room
Please switch the smoking area and the non-smoking area in the main restaurant. A smoking area near the playground is very strange. There are mostly families with children there, for whom it is important to watch the playground.
Wooden loungers on the beach and holey, worn covers for them are not fit for use in 2026. Seriously :))"
