What made our holiday extra special was the fantastic bar staff and entertainment team, who helped create such a welcoming, friendly and enjoyable atmosphere. A special mention goes to Ramazan and Bakir, who were both brilliant and really helped make our stay memorable. Their friendliness, hard work and great service made us feel welcome throughout our holiday. Thank you to the bar staff and entertainment team for making our time at the hotel so enjoyable. "It was a great vacation. I want to thank all the hotel staff. We arrived at 9 in the morning, had breakfast, we had already eaten, the room was ready. I liked everything, and the hotel's location, close to the beach, shops and pharmacies are close, the hotel grounds are green with palms and bananas, and olive trees and orange trees and eucalyptus. Special thanks to the kitchen, the food is delicious and varied, you can feel it was prepared with love, and the staff's attitude shows that they are truly happy to have guests. The room was cleaned every day, towels were changed, the bar was restocked, and the bedding was changed once a week. The girls at the reception are also very nice, they will call a taxi and recommend excursions, not a single one of our requests went unnoticed. Excellent hotel, I recommend it."
