Arcanus Hotels Trendline Side

"I have recently returned from our holiday with Jet2 to Arcanus Trendline. We arrived at 1.00am and were greeted by friendly reception staff. They asked if we were hungry and sent us to the 24 hour Brasserie so we could have something to eat and drink while they processed passports etc. An hour later after a few drinks we were shown to our room on the second floor of the block just outside main building. The room was excellent comprising of a large double bed, settee and chair. The balcony was large and looked over the pool and entertainment area. The bathroom was modern and the shower was excellent. The room was clean as was the whole complex with staff constantly cleaning all areas. The food was very good but occasionally luke warm. Lots of choice for both lunch and dinner. Occasionally some items weren't re-stocked but this was mainly due to some guests greed and taking all the prawns for themselves. On one occasion I was present when the chef stocked a tray with chicken skewers and two minutes later when partner went they were gone. As an alternative to the main dining room the Chilli bar did pizzas, kebabs and burgers which were all excellent. The pool bar was very good with decent amount of drinks with friendly staff. There was entertainment not always my cup of tea but the guests seem to enjoy it. The animation staff worked really hard and appeared to be around most of the day and night. We only went to the beach once and thought the facilities there were not the standard set by the hotel and need some upgrading. All in all we had a great stay and will probably return at some stage in the future."

"I can't believe people writing bad reviews about this hotel. We have been here for one week and are leaving today. From start to finish i can't find a bad thing to say about this hotel from checking in to service in the bars and restaurants the staff have been excellent. Honestly can't find anything the hotel is spotless and the room maids go out of their way to make sure your room is up to standard. Definitely value for money."

"We only arrived yesterday and we are staying in room 3210 it’s a family room so 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms the staff are brilliant! At the barn bar a wasp flew into my drink and the bar man tried to save it but it was dead already unfortunately it was heartbreaking me and the barman had a funeral but they didn’t had a coffin to fit it! They didn’t have a defibrillator small enough god rest his soul, he will be in a better place now. The beach is a 5 min shuttle bus ride and they come every 10 mins the beach is really good full bar and table service food with a salad bar. The breakfast is gorgeous and the entertainment staff are brilliant I’ll write more tomorrow when I’ve got over my grief x"
