"We had a wonderful stay at Alexia Hotel in Turkey and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a great holiday. The hotel has a lovely atmosphere, the food was very good, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Everything was well organised, and we felt genuinely welcomed and looked after. A special thank you to Okan from management, who was always helpful, professional and attentive to the guests. His kindness and willingness to help really made a difference. I would also like to give a special mention to Ezra, our cleaning lady, who did a fantastic job. She was always friendly, smiling and made sure our room was clean and comfortable every day. Her hard work was very much appreciated. Thank you to the whole team at Alexia Hotel for making our holiday so enjoyable. We would definitely love to come back! ❤️🇹🇷 5 stars all the way!"

"This is not a 5* hotel as lead to believe by love holidays. Do not book the all inclusive package the drinks are undrinkable. Disgusting. The food isn’t much better. No one in the hotel speaks English. No management about. No entertainment again love holidays advertised professional shows ! Soulless lobby bar. Non speaking English guests. Threadbare towels DO NOT BOOK !! Worst holiday I have ever had and wish I’d read this review"

"Our stay at this hotel was an absolute disappointment and deeply disturbing in one central point. During a treatment in the spa area, sexual harassment by the masseur occurred. Such an incident is absolutely unacceptable. When we reported this serious incident to the hotel management immediately, they proved to be not helpful at all. Instead of reacting adequately, taking the safety of the guests seriously, or consistently investigating the incident internally, they merely tried to fob us off with the offer of an à la carte menu. Such crisis management is an absolute impertinence given the situation. The rest of the hotel's condition was also poor. The facility was partially dirty and unkempt. In addition, there was a massive staff shortage in the service area. There was hardly any staff available, which made the service extremely sluggish and inadequate. We absolutely cannot recommend this hotel due to the lack of a sense of security, the ignorant handling of complaints, and the poor state of service."
