"Where to start … What a beautiful hotel ! We arrived late into the night and got our room .. upon entering our room we were not entirely happy due to lack of balcony , ( we had wooden shutters ) which just spoiled the experience to start with , There were 3 of us in the room with a travel cot so as you can imagine , not a lot of room , I went to reception with not a lot of hope as it was half term and very busy, the very apologetic nights staff made a note and asked me to go back at 09.30 am the next morning to speak to staff .. I went down.. again a little disheartened not expecting much, but they were aware of our issue and immediately rectified this , giving us room 4410 .. instantly relieved so thankyou very much !! On to our first day , We had a doner kebab at the outside restaurant, this firmly became our favourite place to eat as 1 member of staff stood out hugely .. Mehmet Ali !! What an absolute credit to your hotel he is ! We have a 13 month old who instantly took to him , their bond grew as the week went on .. he would greet our little Louis with the warmest smile every time and works so hard for the company ! Pools :- the main pool is very cold , impossible to take little ones in but they do cater with a heated smaller pool and an indoor one which is like a bath ! Both clean .. Food in the day was better than at night I think , Staff again , very attentive .. drinks waiting before we had got back to the table with our food ! My only criticism which would class as constructive is that the place lacked a bit of atmosphere in the night time .. the main reception bar was hit and miss with any background music , It maybe needs a singer or some relatable music .. I’m assuming the height of summer would be different than October half term .. Overall we had the BEST time and would return in a heartbeat .. Thankyou x"
