Family-focused fun in the sun
Papillon Belvil goes all out on its line-up of activities and facilities. It’s perched on the edge of a sandy, Blue-flagged beach, too, so expect plenty of opportunities for swimming and sunbathing.
If you can tear yourself away from your sandcastle, you’ll find the pool scene here is a real winner. The main pool is big and curvy, fringed with sun loungers and swaying palms – perfect for whiling away an afternoon with a good book and an ice-cold drink. Elsewhere there’s an outdoor heated pool, a dedicated relax pool, and a couple of spots dedicated to little ones. And if you fancy making a proper splash, make your way to the on-site aquapark and you can whizz down the six slides on offer.
As for things to do on dry land, there are plenty of those as well. Choose from a laundry list of sports, activities, and games that covers off the likes of football, volleyball, and tennis. Youngsters, meanwhile, will get plenty of mileage out of the on-site kids’ club which organises everything from science shows and face painting parties to pirate-themed afternoons and origami workshops.
If you can steal a bit of time for yourself, why not whisk yourself off to the spa for a spot of pampering? Access to the Turkish Bath, sauna, and steam bath is free of charge, so R&R can definitely be on the agenda. If you fancy a treat, why not plump for a massage? You are on holiday after all.
Onto the restaurants and bars, then, and the set-up is just as comprehensive as you’d expect. The main restaurant is a buffet affair of international eats, so grab a plate and help yourself. A food court doles out the likes of pizza, pancakes, and waffles in the afternoon, while the on-site patisserie will ensure your sweet tooth is well taken care of. Come dinnertime you can choose between Mediterranean, Italian, Far East, steak, and seafood à la carte offerings. And to top it all off? You’ll find 11 bars dotted around the hotel, so you won’t be short on spots for a tipple.
Please note: From summer 2025, use of the à la carte restaurant will incur a small charge ((€5 per person, 50% discount for children below 12 years old, and no limit on usage).
