"An Exceptional Hotel Experience – Truly Above Expectations! I would like to share a few words about this incredible hotel and our experience there. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the very elegant lobby and the warm welcome we received. We stayed in a beautiful sea-view room, and as requested, we needed separate beds for our son. Although this was not normally part of the hotel’s standard service, our wonderful assistants, Umut and Asiyeh, who were always available through the hotel app, took care of everything we needed—usually in less than five minutes. Literally, less than five minutes! Whatever we requested was arranged incredibly quickly. Water Park & Kids Club The water park was excellent and very suitable for children, while adults also have plenty of options, including large slides and the funnel slide. The Kids Club was another highlight. The staff were professional, caring and genuinely responsible. Compared with the Maxx Royal hotel, which we visited five years ago, I personally found the Kiddo Kids Club at this hotel even more attractive for children over seven, with lots of exciting activities. There were also plenty of programs for children under seven. I would especially like to mention some wonderful members of the team who played an important role in making our holiday so enjoyable. I would like to thank all of them once again for their outstanding service. - Furkan and Nizami at the Noori à la carte restaurant — both gave us excellent recommendations, especially the chicken liver, which was absolutely outstanding! We actually knew Nizami from Maxx Royal Belek, so it was a lovely surprise to see him again. - Samineh at Fjaka Spa — thank you for your kindness, help and the wonderful massage package and special discount. - Suzan, the professional massage therapist from Bali — an excellent therapist and a real professional. - Hidayat at Mangiare Snack Bar — thank you for the great service. - Masud, Idris, Ugur and Ibrahim at The Kitchen, the main restaurant — thank you for your attentive and friendly service. - And finally, Mustafa at the Italian restaurant Soddis. I highly recommend trying the tiramisu there—it was fantastic! Fjaka Spa The Fjaka Spa deserves a special mention. It is a very elegant and romantic space, with a beautiful relaxation room that creates a truly peaceful atmosphere. Outstanding Assistance on Our Last Day One of the things that impressed us most was the assistance we received on our last day. Our flight was late in the evening, and Umut and Asiyeh went above and beyond to help us with a late check-out. They arranged a separate small room for us completely free of charge, so that we could rest comfortably with our son until our evening flight. And not just until 5 or 6 PM—we were able to use the room until 8 PM! This was incredibly valuable for our family and made our last day so much more comfortable. A huge thank you to the hotel management and especially to Umut and Asiyeh for making this possible. Food & Restaurants The Kitchen, the main restaurant, is a beautiful and high-quality restaurant with excellent service. However, considering the overall quality and professionalism of the hotel, I think there could have been more variety and more food stations. If you are craving a good meat döner, you can find it every day at Mangiare. Nomos, which operates 24 hours a day, also offers a wide variety of food. One useful tip: if you download the hotel app before arriving, you can actually browse all the menus in advance, which is very convenient. À La Carte Restaurants – One Area for Improvement The hotel has seven à la carte restaurants, but six of them require full payment for adults and half price for children under 12. Our assistant Umut was incredibly kind and managed to book the Italian restaurant for us free of charge, which we really appreciated. However, personally, I believe that at least half of the à la carte restaurants should have been included free of charge, considering the price we paid for our stay. So, if you are expecting to spend several romantic evenings at the hotel’s beautiful and luxurious à la carte restaurants without additional charges, keep this in mind. This was probably the main area where we felt the experience could have been better. Cleanliness & Hotel Management The rooms were extremely clean, and bed linen was changed every other day. If you prefer daily changes, you can simply request it. Almost everything could be arranged through a private chat with our assistants in the hotel app—even requesting a buggy for transportation around the resort was incredibly easy. The pool water was very clean, and the cleanliness of the sun loungers, pool areas and surrounding facilities was excellent. Honestly, we could not find anything to complain about in this regard. Despite the hotel being very busy, we never really felt that we were struggling to find space around the pools, beach, pier or restaurants. The crowds never became uncomfortable or annoying, and we never experienced that unpleasant feeling you sometimes get in large, busy resorts. The management of the entire property was simply excellent. Workshops Another unique feature was the professional workshops, which we had not experienced in other hotels. We attended the coffee, wine and chocolate workshops, and they were extremely interesting, exciting and well organized. They do require reservations, so make sure to book in advance. For Guests Who Enjoy Alcoholic Drinks And for those who enjoy alcoholic beverages, you certainly won't feel that anything is missing here! Whatever you can imagine is available, and usually within minutes. At virtually every corner of the hotel—restaurants, bars and throughout the resort—you have access to an impressive selection, 24 hours a day. Final Thoughts Overall, this was a fantastic holiday experience. The facilities are impressive, the service is excellent, the staff are genuinely helpful, and the hotel is extremely well managed despite its size and high occupancy. There are a few areas that could be improved—particularly the à la carte restaurant concept and perhaps the variety of food stations at The Kitchen—but these points did not overshadow what was otherwise a wonderful and memorable stay. A special thank you once again to Umut and Asiyeh for being incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Their service truly made a difference. We would happily return and would definitely recommend this hotel to families looking for a high-quality, well-managed resort with excellent service, great facilities and a fantastic kids’ program."

"We had a family trip to Ethno and what will most stay with us in the trip is its authentic atmosphere and the super welcoming environment. The staff’s attitude and presence is superb. They are simply the best. The homogeneous aura is what flows throughout the entire hotel including the restaurants cafes and bars. We barely even heard “no” in response to any requests. The cleanliness, quality, and luxury is definitely amongst the best we’ve experienced. The swimming pools and the beach are very clean and view is breathtaking. The food is very good with a wide variety of options. The dessert options are plenty. The only single slight downside is that the red meat/ steaks weren’t top. The seafood ( sea bass and the sushi at Javara) on the other hand was top notch. The bar experience is fabulous. The bar tenders and drinks couldn’t be any better. Overall, would absolutely recommend it to a friend."

"The experience was very good, the service was at a very high level, which is what I liked the most, then the various activities and everything else, it was a very good experience, dinner at Gaia restaurant, children's corner, activities in the ethnosphere, I will come back next year."
