Hotel Bernina

"This hotel claims to have good air conditioner. It never moved off what was on the thermostat. It was as at least 76 degrees so we asked for a fan. We were on the 7th floor so everyone knows heats rises. Cars on the backside do the hotel were racing engines and could be heard clearly on the 7th floor. Despite hotel Insurnace and per my reverberations being able to cancel per my booking documents they continue to scam people saying there is nothing wrong with their air. I am now st a crowne hotel in Geneva and it has air. These booking companies need to know they are scamming people and not giving them their money back after having an agreement that clearly stated it would’ve refunded once the supervisor arrived. Steer clear is this old place as the lights all turn on when you enter the hallways. It’s very tiny and not appropriate for large luggage. Scammers scammers scammers."

"The hotel is perfectly located for sightseeing of Geneva, and the surrounding area. Close to the train station, though never hear them. We had a suite on the 8th floor which was spacious, clean and all the facilities needed. The views from the top floor were amazing, especially for sunrise and sunset. The team at reception were polite, helpful and great to talk to. Especially Luis who was always smiling and wanting to help."

"The hotel is at a great, central location, right next to all transportation, and a few minutes walk from the lake and the bridge. Next best location would be near the old city, but the reservation prices were too high there, so, the next best, more economical, is to stay to that central area. The hotel is great, quiet, extremely clean - as new - and with very helpful and friendly staff. I don't know about the breakfast as we didn't choose to have it. "
