"Absolutely horrendous experience, almost ruining the entire vacation. The most disrespectful staff that I've ever encountered, straight-up refusing to clean our room, even though we complied with their opt-in cleaning policy. Unfortunately, the receptionist supervisor, Serena, didn't try even in the slightest to ameliorate and fix the miscommunication or whatever happened that lead to a very discomforting situation (no housekeeping for 2 straight days even though we asked for it explicitly), and treated us like criminals, threatening to call the police! Just because we dared to complain and confront them about their failure to fulfill their obligations and services to their paying clients and demanded reparations that were being laughed at with the uttermost lack of respect."

"I would give a 0 if it was an option. Had an encounter with a terrible staff who belittled us for filling up a carry on water bottle at the dining area. Please mention that drinking water is not available at your hotel so we know that water policies before making a reservation here. Details: We booked and stayed in this place 17Apr to 19th April 2026. The stay was ok, food was ok. However had a terrible experience with a request regarding water. We were heading out and had already come out of our room. I forgot to fill my 2L water bottle with the tap water before i left the room. So requested the guy in the dining area if he could get me the tap water in the bottle. he denied saying he was not allowed. I figured probably he is not allowed to fill a bottle as it would be a waste of his time, so i proceeded to fill my bottle myself at the dispenser (from where we all drank just a while before during breakfast) He walks behind me towering over and says: "Excuse me, what did i say? you are not allowed to take water". I said its just the water i am asking for. He further says "You are filling your 2L water bottle" I was just disgusted with the way he talked to me. We wanted to stick to our travel schedule, so we walked out and did not want to escalate or create a scene there.. However - Management, please note: Please educate your staff to have a good attitude with your guests. You let your staff belittle guests for filling up water in their carry on bottles? I am just lost for words here. I mean you book a place to stay for 2 nights and you cannot fill a 2L bottle with tap water? If there is a policy around water - please specify in your booking details. You talk so much about amenities and whats available in your hotel , please also mention that drinking water is not available in your hotel."
