"An experience to avoid. The owner shows a surprising lack of professionalism and respect. His communication was unprofessional and lacked basic courtesy. There was no sense of customer care or hospitality — just rigid rules and a cold attitude. While I understand that policies must be respected, the way they are applied makes all the difference. Unfortunately, there was no effort to communicate with respect or understanding, which is essential in this industry. No listening, no flexibility, no effort to find a solution — just condescension and rigidity. He just wanted to keep my money."

"Small but clean room. That aside the check-in was strange, got no notices anytime before checkin or arrival from them ever with info, only to be told from the guy at the front desk (who wasn't even wearing shoes) that reception closes at 6:30pm.. luckily we arrived 35 minutes before that time or else we would have been just waiting outside wondering what to do? Also the rooms have NO AC or fans! I don't usually get hot but this room was very hot and stale air, had to open the windows to try to sleep, but the streets are so loud. My night there was miserable honestly, as I couldn't even sleep. Location was good, but I wouldn't recommend"

"A mistake was made somewhere in reservation. I do not believe I made this mistake. I requested a room for 5th June, but was given 5th July. I sent multiple emails and made calls to find more detail, but Mr Rashid - the Moroccan managing this place - refused to refund or help in any way. A lot of the reviews also look V strange."
