"Overpriced hotel for such poor service. Room was not clean on arrival (mouldy fruit in the mini bar and floor covered in sand). Booked a family double room but received twin beds and an unmade sofa bed with no bedding. Multiple requests and never responded to by staff. Bathroom door jammed during our stay and sewage smell in the bathroom. WiFi never worked and hallways carpets are very stained and dirty. Appalling for a new 4 star hotel. Would never return at this price!"

"We stayed here for 3 nights in a Superior Room. The positives are that the hotel is brand new, the location is excellent with the beach just a short walk away, and all of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, there were quite a few disappointments. The main restaurant wasn’t open and there was no room service, leaving only the rooftop bar for food, which we felt was overpriced for the quality. The pool was much smaller than it appears in the photos, which was disappointing. While the room itself was a good size, the bed was old and very squeaky, and the mattress was far too firm to be comfortable. The air conditioning was also unreliable, switching itself off during the night and sometimes not coming back on until the morning. On one occasion it stopped working completely, although reception arranged for it to be fixed promptly. Given that this is a brand new hotel, we expected everything to be fully functional. The property also still seemed to be under construction, with painters working in the hallways during our stay. Housekeeping was another letdown. Our room was barely serviced, with rubbish removed but little else done. Overall, while the hotel has potential thanks to its location and friendly staff, it still has a long way to go before it can compete with more established hotels in the area. Unfortunately, we wouldn’t choose to stay here again."

" The hotel is brand new and beautiful, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, it is still evident that not everything is ready for full-scale operations and things are still being fine-tuned—a situation that does not at all justify the price paid. The rooms are beautiful and spacious, though the bathroom is uncomfortably small. The bathroom door opens inwards, as does the shower door, meaning you cannot place a bath mat in front of them, and water spills out onto the bathroom floor. Hot water was frequently unavailable. The elevators were often out of service, although at least one was always running; this could become a major issue once the hotel is fully occupied. There was still some mess in places—paint splatters and stains on the carpets. We were accommodated on the first floor with no view, even though we were among the first guests. We gathered that the top three floors were still under construction, which brought with it the noise of drills and hammers. Breakfast offered a wide selection of good food, though the menu could use some variety for longer stays, and the price is very high. The pool area is lovely, but the pool itself is tiny—only knee-deep—and the edges became dirty after just a few days; towels were often unavailable, and the pool will be completely unusable when the hotel is full, which is a shame. The staff were very friendly, though communicating in English was a bit of a challenge—likely common in Spain—but we always managed to make ourselves understood. The restaurant was not yet open. The hotel is nice and comfortable, but it does not yet live up to its price point."
