"From the moment arriving at Axel in Valencia, me and my friend could not have been made more welcome! Our check-in went without a hitch, and the team were so friendly and helpful explaining the location of the Pool, The Spa, and where breakfast was served. Our room was absolutely perfect; spacious, well air-conditioned in the middle of a hot 40-Degree Summer! The beds are incredibly comfortable. The bathroom facilities are very modern, and there is a MiniBar included! The only thing we required was more cushions, but we're certain we could have got these if we requested. The hotel is in the El Carmen district; so less than a 15 minute walk to the main city centre; it's well accessible and is fairly quiet in the evenings if you need some quiet to sleep! The entire building is sparkling clean; it's kept beautifully put together. We tried out the spa on one of our afternoons which was beautiful; I prefer that you also have to book a time in order to keep it from being overcrowded. We also tried to pool on the rooftop which was perfectly cold, the only thing we said is that it could really do with a step or a ladder to get out! We had an incredible stay here and would happily come back; we got our stay for an incredible price; we didn't opt in for breakfast but was told how much it would cost which was very reasonable too!"

"From the moment we arrived at Axel Hotel Valencia, we knew we’d chosen the right place. Every single member of staff greeted us each day with a smile and made us feel genuinely welcome. It’s rare to find a hotel where everyone seems to care so much, but nothing was ever too much trouble. I was travelling with my mum, who has mobility issues, and I can’t thank the team enough for the kindness and care they showed her throughout our stay. They constantly checked that she was comfortable and went out of their way to make things as easy as possible for us. It made such a difference and allowed us both to relax and enjoy our holiday. A huge thank you to Dani, who was always smiling, cheerful, and ready to help with absolutely anything. Seeing his friendly face every day was one of the highlights of our stay, and he is a real credit to the hotel. Davide was equally amazing. My mum wanted to have her hair done while we were away, and without hesitation he called a local salon and arranged everything for her, including a manicure and pedicure. It was such an appreciated thing to do and really showed how much the staff genuinely care about their guests. And I have to mention Alejandro on the night shift! After my mum had enjoyed one beer too many at a local tapas bar, he helped me get her safely back to our room with such kindness, patience, and good humour. We had a laugh about it afterwards, and it’s a memory we’ll always smile about. The hotel itself is beautiful. It’s perfectly located in the heart of Valencia, making it easy to explore everything the city has to offer. The plunge pool, sauna, steam room, and gym were all fantastic, and the rooms were spotless every single day, cleaned to an exceptionally high standard. This holiday was made so special because of the people who work here. They didn’t just provide great service—they made us feel cared for, valued, and at home. Thank you all for making our trip so memorable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Axel Hotel Valencia to anyone visiting this wonderful city, and I genuinely hope we’ll be back again soon"

"We love, love, love this beautiful little hotel. The design is amazing, the rooms are very bright and if you choose a premium room you will love the double aspect windows. The location is also without doubt the best in the city, being tucked away in a side street in the old town. For us though, it’s the reception staff that make it. They are a really lovely bunch of professional, hardworking, adorable, friendly guys who have made the hotel our València home. We can’t wait to see you again soon D and N"
