"I have held out on writing this review until all my family have finished their holidays because I fear for their safety and comfort. Yes. The management is that bad. I would like to start this review by noting that what I am going to say about the staff does not apply to them all. The workers in the corner bar were lovely, the cleaners were hard working and polite, even some of the security were friendly enough. Unfortunately, as amazing as some of them were, this could not make up for the abysmal attitude and behaviour of the blonde haired manager and some the reception staff. In general the hotel is okay, it has 4 okay pools and some decent lounging space. The rooms Are comfy enough for what you pay, although the WiFi is basically non-existent. Another downside is the wristbands the hotel make you wear as if you’re at a festival. We had a pleasant enough stay until our run in with the manager and receptionist I mentioned. I was in Tenerife for a family wedding by decided to take an 8 day stay around this wedding to enjoy a holiday aswell. On the wedding night the partying went on into the early hours of the morning. At some point in the night, my partners wristband had come off. When we returned to the hotel, tired, pizza in hand, we hadn’t noticed and walked through reception and toward our room. A security guard stopped us a minute or two later and said reception wanted to question us. When we went there, the female was demanding to see ID which we didn’t have on us. I showed her my wristband and room key and tried explaining that we can get our passports from the room if they let us go. She was extremely dismissive and outright rude to me so I asked for her name so I could make a complaint in the morning to which she said “ I don’t need to give you a thing” and other rude comments and behaviour you just dong expect from the staff that you have paid for a service. I stopped talking and she reluctantly got my patients details and finally gave her a new wristband so we could be on our way. In the morning I was just over it, I didn’t have a name to complain about and thought to let bygones be bygones. Until we went out for breakfast… when we got back to the room I found my key not Working. So I of course went to reception. Where the manager was lurking in the back and shot up to talk to me once I told the other receptionist room number. She was honestly acting as if I was in school and she was the head teacher. Talking down to me and making threats like “I don’t care if you don’t want to come back, if you ever have an issue with my staff again I’ll lock you out again and you’ll Be out on the street” I honestly couldn’t help but laugh at the cheek of it. To top it off I then noticed a security guard breathing down my neck as some sort of cheap scare tactic which I also found quite funny as it wasn’t scary it was just disrespectful and pathetic. Once my room key was handed back I just told her how wrong she was about the situation and that I obviously won’t be returning, to which she of course replied “ I don’t care”. I just find it laughable that that’s the kind of service a manager was promoting. Thankfully I had only one day left of my stay by this point so we just tried to enjoy our last day and get out. I just wanted to make sure this kind of behaviour was bought to attention, because one wristband going missing and having to go and get IDs to prove who my partner was is hardly the biggest of their issues when we could hear drunk and rowdy people fighting in the halls and smell weed every other night. A lengthy review but a necessary one. I hope you enjoy because certainly i found the situation laughable"

"The location is not near a beach, 20-30min walk or taxi. Not a bad atmosphere, staff were very pleasant but also very noisy especially in the morning. Our apartment was situated right next to a cleaning cupboard, there was no respect for anyone sleeping, very loud chattering/laughing at 6am in the morning. Added to this, we were on the first floor, directly above a seating area around the pool. The noise from people scraping chairs and sun loungers across the floor was unbearable some nights. This again started 7am and lasted until midnight!!! Our apartment was standard but definitely need a lot of TLC, kitchen cupboard was hanging off, there was a constant bad odour coming from either the kitchen sink or the fridge, we couldn't decide. Shower although good was dated, the chrome in the shower was rusty (room 127), infact hinges on cupboard doors were rusty. This studio room is not the choice for anyone who wakes at different times to their partner as I woke in darkness and it was difficult to make a brew. Everything was noise related....very basic and we won't be returning. 🙄"

"Unfortunately, our hotel stay was extremely disappointing. The room was rundown and in poor condition, with mould, cracked tiles and dust along the skirting boards. The mattress was very hard and uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Our room (144) was directly above Sam’s Corner pub, where music played until 1am, making it incredibly difficult to sleep. The room was also beside a staircase that was essentially outdoors, with only bars separating it from the outside. This meant we could hear traffic, and because our bedroom was right at the front beside the entrance, we could hear people constantly walking past. We also had cockroaches getting into the room at night, to the point where we had to block the gaps underneath the doors with towels. The sunbed situation around the pool was also frustrating. Guests were allowed to reserve sunbeds with towels and then disappear for hours. We were sitting by the pool from 10am, while one couple who had reserved their sunbeds did not arrive until around 2pm. The hotel’s layout also meant that the building on the left blocked the sun, leaving only the right-hand side of the pool in direct sunlight. Even borrowing an iron from reception was unreasonable, costing €15 plus a €10 deposit just to iron one T-shirt. There was also a long list of additional charges displayed at reception, including a charge for changing rooms. This left us feeling that guests were expected to pay extra for basic things and potentially even for a more suitable room. Overall, the condition of the room, the noise, the lack of sleep, the cockroaches and the additional charges significantly affected our holiday experience. We booked a holiday expecting a reasonable standard of accommodation, but unfortunately, the room we were given fell well below that standard. It was extremely disappointing to have to deal with these issues throughout our stay. Other than this the food in the corner restaurant at the pool was nice, the staff were friendly and there was a great selection of drinks at the pool bar"
