"Hotel was well situated right next to a Mercado gastronómico with lots of different types of food to eat. It is also right across the cathedral and city centre. The reception desk was pleasant and helpful. Room/hotel was clean. A/C worked well and was cooling (July). The only downfall, as with most city hotels in Europe, was the parking. The parking for the hotel was a few blocks away, we had to park in front of the hotel, bring the luggage down, and then continue to the parking. Also, there were homeless people around. Although I feel safe, it was concerning to see homeless people sleeping on the floor right across from the hotel."

"Hotel is in a great location. Our room was very large with an outside seating area . Great storage area for clothes.Great big bed with comfortable mattress and pillows etc. Quiet. Lovely bathroom with robes and slippers. But one bottle of water throughout the stay. Others available in fridge which would have to be paid for.. However the whole experience was somewhat underwhelming. The very modern reception was unwelcoming. No atmosphere whatsoever. The cellar bar was dark and unwelcoming. Not a place to go for a quiet drink. So much more could have been done with the communal areas of hotel. The room was great , the breakfast was very tasty with great range of choices . But somehow it wasn't the usual 4 star experience for us sadly. "

"This is supposedly a 4 star hotel, it is very clean and grey in all ways….. Large bedroom and shower room, but totally lacking in any “ luxury “ oldish off white towels, no dressing gown or slippers, no body lotion 1 free bottle of water only, no tea or coffee machine in the room, charged 2 € for a cup of hot water - which was taken off the bill after a battle ! Maybe 4 star decor but 2 star in any expected extras"
