"Outstanding Customer Service and Genuine Compassion – Marins Beach Club, Mallorca I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the online booking and reservations team at Marins Hotels. Sadly, my father-in-law passed away in the UK, and as we live in Ireland, we had to cancel our upcoming holiday to Marins Beach Club at very short notice, just days before we were due to travel. The team were absolutely wonderful throughout what was a very difficult time for our family. They kindly agreed to cancel our booking and waived the cancellation charges, which was a tremendous help given the circumstances. What touched us most was the genuine kindness shown by every person we spoke to. Each member of the team offered their condolences and treated us with such warmth, understanding and compassion. We never felt that we were just another booking or a cancellation. During a time of sadness and stress, their thoughtfulness made a real difference to us. Customer service like this deserves to be recognised, and I hope the team and their management receive our sincere thanks. Thank you to everyone at Marins Hotels for your kindness and understanding. We will remember how well we were treated, and we very much hope to visit Marins Beach Club in the future. With heartfelt thanks."

"This is the second time we have visited Marins, having stayed here in June 2025, and we are already looking to book again for next year! We stayed in a superior suite which gave us both a pool and sea view. It was a lovely touch to be put in the same room that we stopped in last year. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, they were so helpful and friendly! It was nice to see some familiar faces amongst the staff from last year too! No issues with getting sun loungers either. I also had a full body massage and the lady who provided this was wonderful, definitely recommend! Can't wait to return in 2027!"

"Nice hotel. Clean, very nice staff. Small things like tissues in the bathroom, a switch to turn off the balcony light, a duvet that wasn't covered, bed linen not changed despite being announced. Worst of all for us: The criterion for booking the rooms was that there is coffee in the room. There was coffee, but only decaf! Despite asking at the front desk. Answer: In the Marins hotel group, there is only decaf, and we would have to buy it ourselves. This is a no-go for a four-star hotel. The entertainment with music and singers also left a lot to be desired; not everyone can sing, after all."
