"Great hotel in a good location. It also has some downsides: - elevators go their own way. Sometimes open, sometimes not and then you just go up and down one more time - very little closet space in the room - air conditioning is not top, temp not set. Defaults to 24 degrees - beds are fine but are very warm and sweaty due to the plastic protective cover. - staff is somewhat distant and sometimes even a bit surly Pros: Good food, clean rooms, perfect location"

"Good hotel, sits right on promenade and beach. Food is excellent, with German influences. Minus is really that we could not get a sun lounger by the pool for 2 weeks. Unless, with a man or 50 or more, in the morning, you want to stand at the entrance of the pool more than half an hour in advance. And then everyone runs like crazy to a bed! Hilarious to see... We rented a bed with umbrella every day (ticks quite a bit) and by 4 pm there was a spot here and there by the pool. Sunbeds were not comfortable. Please note that the cleaning starts at 8 am and you can hear that. But all in all we had a nice holiday in a decent good hotel"

"The hotel is modern and clean in a convenient position across the road from the beach. The bedrooms are adequate and comfortable. The staff friendly and helpful. The clientele are mostly middle to old aged Germans so a very quiet pool and sun bathing areas. However, the sun beds around the pool are incredibly uncomfortable. We had to pinch cushions from chairs so we could use them. The entertainment is very very poor. The hotel is geared towards the Germans, with even notices written in just German (not Spanish). The disco was mainly German bands. (Which was annoying as most people know English music ) The tapas in surrounding restaurants (of which there are many) is very good. A flat pedestrian shopping area ideal for wheelchair users. Loved the area but would find a better hotel."
