"Hotel was well located, very clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. We stayed for 4 nights on an all inclusive basis. I felt the drink selection in the all inclusive was disappointing and I struggled with the food as there was a lot of fish which I don’t eat and the dishes were poorly labelled. This was my first time staying in a Hipotel and I felt it was very focussed on German guests. There were very few English guests in the hotel. The entertainment in the evening was also very poor."

"Excellent holiday !! Staff on the reception desk are so helpful , kind and always smiling and caring! The restaurant is always clean and welcoming The food is excellent! Always good variety and delicious food lots of different options to eat But I WIL SAY i prefer to eat hot food by I hate eating just warm , cold food . Staff are well dressed and always happy to help The pool area is amazing This holiday was fantastic! The reception desk staff were incredibly helpful, kind and always smiling and caring. The pool area was amazing too lots of sun beds And always cleaned the pool area every morning Bar staff was very helpful BUT , they did prefer to serve the Germans first giving them the best of service ALWAYS !!! Overall a fantastic holiday Will be returning ! Hopefully the next visit the English will get the same service at the bar I wasn’t the only person that felt like this at this hotel other English couple felt the same This holiday was fantastic! Hopefully, the next time I visit the English will get the same service at the bar."

"We stayed at this hotel the first week of September and had a wonderful vacation! The hotel is in a super location. From our room, we had a beautiful view of the pool and in the distance we could see the sea. At the corner of the hotel, the car-free shopping street starts, running towards Cala Millor and Cala Bona. Both the hotel and the rooms were incredibly clean. The food was served buffet style and there was a wide choice for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The quality of the food was also very good. What struck us most was the incredibly friendly staff. Everyone was equally kind, helpful, and hospitable. In particular, we want to thank Delia from the reception for her help, kindness, and the nice and useful tips she gave us. We greatly appreciated that! It was also wonderfully quiet and relaxed around the pool. A nice place to relax. We also rented a bicycle through the hotel, which was also perfectly arranged. In short: we had a wonderfully nice and relaxed week and look back on our stay with great pleasure."
