"Just got back from 2 weeks at the hipotel said and all I can say is im coming back next year. The hotel is spotless and rooms are beautiful I was on a side street view and I was worried about hearing the nightclub but didn't have to worry as couldnt hear a thing . The beds are like sleeping in a cloud and loved the shower and bathroom and tv great lots of English channels The food is great lots to choose from and omg I loved the paella was so nice every night and the gala dinner was a lovely night the food was always warm and stocked up sometimes had to wait for meats steak chicken but was minutes. The pool area is lovely big pool and nice sunbeds there no saving sunbeds then leaving you get towel took of I used to go for breakfast then sit on sunbed and read . Cocktails are so nice on Ai and so many to choose from yes i had eveyone on the list. Ainara was brilliant and so nice as she noticed my nephew was t1 and offered help with sugar free and she went above and beyond and was always very friendly Also Bashir the entertainment was great my nephew loved him and he was friendly and great with him .the entertainment on a night was good the typical holiday entertainment but always the option to watch it and loads of seating inside and out . Also want to mention Delia from reception as I was on a solo holiday for a week before family joined me she always asked me how I was and how my day was and also it was my birthday when I was there and I had balloons and wine and a lovely champagne breakfast. The hotel is 5 min from beach and from the pedestrian zone shops bars restaurants and the beach front. I can honestly say I will be bk next year and lovely hotel and staff are very friendly ."

"ROOMS AND SERVICE ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The rooms and hotel in general are very clean. We stayed in a double pool view room and it was lovely. Spacious bathroom with a shower/ bath and hair dryer. Tv in main room, lots of storage space and a free safe. The bed sheets are very thin- I’m sure this is because it is hot but if you prefer a thicker sheet, bring a blanket. The air conditioning works well. Seen a few comments about the club across the road but we couldn’t hear anything or the hotels music. There is no light on the balcony or kettle. I can’t fault the friendliness of all hotel staff. Welcome drinks on arrival. Very nice and personal service. Free pool towel that you can change every three days. FOOD ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The buffet is lovely. Some would say it may feel repetitive but I don’t feel it’s that bothersome. There is a mixture of plain foods as well as more adventurous sea food. Theres pasta, chips, pizza, rice. The selection of salad and fruit is delicious. Puddings are very impressive. A selection of ice creams with a number of toppings. Plus various tarts, cakes and mousses to try. Not every food item is labelled however so it can be difficult to tell what it is. Drinks- a choice of wines, fizzy and soft drinks. However waiting staff will get this for you as opposed to the typical self-service machine. This can mean you are waiting for a drink/ only receive one with your meal. I’m sure if you ask they are happy to attend. Gala night was a lovely treat with a chocolate fountain and even more choice of Mediterranean food. In my opinion the waiter staff are too keen to take your plate. The number of times I was eating and had my plate taken away or could see the waiter stood next to me waiting for me to finish. POOL⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The pool looks exactly like the photos. There are plenty of sunbeds. I believe you can sit on them from 8 and it does say you cannot reserve a sunbed with your towel but I don’t think I saw a single person taking towels off my whole stay- plus there wasn’t the usual “sun bed wars”. It was a very quiet hotel plenty of sunbeds available if you are there before 9:30. And to be honest, there tends to be a few available in the day too. Lovely clean water. The pool varies in depth and there is an additional toddler/ small kid pool with a sun shade cover. There is also an indoor pool although it is not heated but can be refreshing if you choose to use the sauna. There is a spa service too but we did not try this. ENTERTAINMENT⭐️⭐️ The entertainment wasn’t great. One night it was it was an acrobat duo but it wasn’t fab. The others was a selection of DJs and musicians. If you are looking for entertainment it’s probably not for you. There was a couple of things like aqua gym, darts and water polo and some activities for kids. Music goes off at 11 pm. LOCATION ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Lovely location. 3 min walk to the beach. White sands and plenty of space along with restaurants, bars and shops. Lots of SPARS to stock up on water, snacks etc. Looks just like the photos. I’d say to bring a brolly if you prefer to be in the shade because there is no coverage. Lifeguards present. ALL INCLUSIVE. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The cocktail menu clearly identifies drinks that are part of the all inclusive. We were very impressed with the choices and sizes of the cocktails. There are mojitos, pina coladas and the special hippolets blue cocktail. There are also non alcoholic drinks included as well. The snacks are okay. It is usually a selection of water melon, melon or pineapple with one or two pastries. Probably less impressive than the drinks. Pool bar is open from 10 am. Staff are very friendly. JET 2 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a private taxi transfer from the airport. This was a flawless service. Took us about an hour which I think cut the travel time in half compared to the coach. The JET2 rep who visited the hotel was helpful. Trips- Caves, Dinosaurland, Safari and a number of boat and all day market tours. I will say there is a discrepancy in the rules- sometimes management don’t want you walking through the lobby in your swimming costume but I saw a few people having dinner in their bikinis. Just something for the team to think about. Overall this is a 4 star hotel. It’s has great, clean facilities with friendly and helpful staff. To make it a 5 star stay- better entertainment both throughout the day and the evening and a variation of snacks served."

"Wow what can i say getting to the hotel with a 6 yr grandson with T1 Diabetes we were a bit worried how we would cope however the ultra friendly staff made our family holiday from arriving and being checked in by Delia who everytime she saw us made us so welcome and always asked if we had any problems. We arrived the night before the world cup final so having a football mad grandson decided to watch the match and enjoyed it and even more with Bashir(SP)(entertainment manager) as my grandson said to us that Bashir looked lonely watching the game so when spain won went over and gave him a big hug and every time after that he and Bashir were always high fiving each other he made my grandsons holiday thank you Bashir , People commented about the bar staff but i honestly say they could not be any more friendly especially Ainara who instantly recognised that my grandson had a insulin moniters on his arm and immediately advised us on his drinks etc he really was happy to see her and was also so friendly every time she was on shift. In fact all the staff were 100%. The hotel throughout was spotless and was very close to the beach if needed which we didnt as the pool facilities were first class. The idea about pool beds and leaving towels on was 100% spot on as this is my pet peeve about holidays we did only see some brits come down about 9.30am and put towels on beds then go to the beach only to come back at about 3.30pm. So all in all we had a great holiday thank you."
