"What a wonderful holiday we had a wonderful time but the hotel made it from the moment we checked in we were at ease the reception staff explained everything we needed to know expressing if anything was wrong to contact them directly but nothing did the hotel was immaculately clean in all areas and the staff so accommodating and pleasant bar staff around pool and snack bar I’m particular Juanma and Leon made my grandsons day always had time for him no matter how busy also entertaining team kept him busy too rooms spacious and kept very clean lounge area very spacious night time entertainment very good and enjoyable if only kids half hour continued till end of season that would be good it tired my grandson out before bed the restaurant door was excellent and plentiful something for everyone a different theme each evening no possibility of getting bored with the choice indoor pool and spa fantastic hotel in ideal place beach and promenade at the back shops and restaurants in front I know people say they we will be back BUT we will we came home and booked again so guys we will see you next year already looking forward to it"

"This hotel was lovely, when you entered downstairs it was beautiful with a marble staircase and beautiful furniture. Shame about the bedrooms which did not match the downstairs, very dull and needed a makeover, but they were spotlessly clean. There was no tea or coffee making facilities which normally there is in a four star hotel. The food was ok something for everyone but was quite cold. The desserts were to die for have never been to a hotel with amazing desserts and they tasted so good. All the staff in the hotel were amazing made you feel so welcome and nothing was too much trouble for them. One young man called Leon was British and he was so nice without him we would have not spoken to any other British people as we were the only four British in a hotel that was full of Germans. We were not told about that it was mostly German people in the hotel, they did not want to speak to us and some were very rude. It was a hotel for the Germans, in fact Cala Millor everywhere we went they were Germans. When we are on holiday we like to talk to people and we are not bothered what nationality they are we talk to anyone but they wouldn’t talk to us. It was a lovely hotel and resort was beautiful the staff especially Leon we’re brilliant but not for British people. I looked into this hotel before we went but no one mentioned this it was a very strange holiday talking only to ourselves and not conversing with anyone else but Leon. Went on a trip with the hotel and it was all German but for six British and mostly spoke German."

"We had an extremely good time at the hotel. The rooms were very clean and we had a nice sea view from the balcony. The staff were very friendly and informative and the meals were varied and well cooked. The hotel was well situated with access to the promenade from one side and the shops from another side."
