"The hotel is not as bad as some of the reviews on here I was dreading this due to the reviews but was pleasantly surprised, our room was small with a view of next doors hotel which was noisy at night till 11pm. balconies cajoined no privacy! Some rooms had big balconies with sun loungers on sadly not ours. We found the food good always something for everyone we were half board. Paid for safe which wasn't bolted down so any1 could of just walked off with it! Pool area was clean we used the back pool always loungers . Go out the doors and are on the strip or promenade. Shop next door for water If you like walking there are some nice trails. Enjoyed our 4 day break and would return."

"Photos look lovely when you book, but in reality it’s not the greatest of hotels… give credit where credit is due the location is lovely right on beach front lots of nice restaurants and bars around and a lot of shops. The room was very big however the bathroom seems to be “accessible friendly” at glance however if you was a wheelchair user there is no way you would be able to use the shower and for the shower the way it is positioned is awful and causes water to get absolutely everywhere.The cleaners are not great there was constantly black hairs everywhere one point me and my boyfriend walked into the room and there was a ball of black long hair on the floor I have blonde hair and my boyfriend has short brown hair asked a member of staff to ask the cleaner to come and clean the room properly she said tell reception there was a cleaner across the hall she eventually came back and removed the hair the room next to us had a full mop our room didn’t have a mop the whole time we was here. We came back from the pool there was cleaners one in the room opposite and one in the room next door yet our room hadn’t been cleaned yet however it was only about 1pm and they stop cleaning at 3pm so we gave them the Benefit of doubt however they didn’t come back and clean ours at all so we told reception the guy was quite unsure why and said they will come tomorrow however because of this we had to ask for more towels as they didn’t leave any as they didn’t clean our room. We was only bed and breakfast but the breakfast was vile. Couldn’t eat there most days and had to pay extra else where aswell of on top of what we paid for bed and breakfast. Pool quite big but indoor pool and sea front pool small and Jacuzzi very dirty wouldn’t let my dog go in there. No entertainment in the hotel at all so wouldn’t recommend for kids as there’s nothing really to do."

"We went for a week at the end of September on an all-inclusive package. Even if there are a few negative points, I still gave it 5 stars. Positive points: Hotel 20 m from the beach. Welcoming staff Renovated and clean room Many shops nearby Well-served by public transport Negative points: There should be a rule so that people do not leave their towels on the seats for drinks all day long; they put their things down and go to the beach, and we are left with the seats inside. Very average restaurant and it is always the same thing. No entertainment. For me, it is a 3-star hotel and not 4, even if there is a spa"
