"Stayed as a family of 4 (2 & 4 year old). Positives: * lovely pools, for both adults and children and lovely temperature this time of year * excellent choice of kiddies pools/splash areas * stunning beach (although you will need a parasol unless you want to pay daily. It’s also a public beach so gets busy. You can walk out a good 20m at waist height * Great snack bar for lunch times * Fab entertainment team and entertainment in the evening Cons: * Not much food variety and often cold or not available at the buffet * No service for teas coffees etc in the morning at breakfast * Minimal service for anything and slow at best * Certain bars you can’t get still water, teas etc * Sports bar often empty with no staff * Minimal toilet facilities and not cleaned regularly We would not return having been on many holidays at the same rating which offer so much more to offer with food choice as standard with better service."

"Everything was really good! The location was perfect since it was really close to the beach. Rooms were clean and modern, the veiw from our balcony was amazing. Since there was a lot of kids during our stay it was a little noisy by the pools but nothing that bothered us. The noise level was overall very good. The service was amazing, from the beginning to the last day. We were greeted by happy smiling faces and we were met by lots more during the week. There was also lots of activities held by some workers, Brian and Angel were amazing! 5/5 ⭐️ Overall amazing hotel, both for adults and for children! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"Amazing hotell with the really helpful and nice staff. Great activities during the day with wonderful staff such as Brian and the waterpolo guy. (I have forgotten his name). Really good gluten free selection especially at the alacart restaurants, and at the sports bar. We where there during the world cup and had a great time watching it. Would definitely come back another time. We went a little early in the season so value was amazing great room with nice sea view even tho we only paid for partial sea view. All around a great holiday staying at the hotel. Would recommend to friends and family"
