Everyone at the hotel was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The location was also excellent, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. "Stayed here for two nights with my dog and husband and we all loved it so much! Such a gorgeous property with the most beautiful and intentional decor I've ever seen in a hotel. The hotel staff were so kind, helpful and welcoming, especially when we needed some help calling our airline about export requirements for our dog. We also loved the bedtime touches like melatonin and hydration packets! Only thing that could be improved with our experience is the logistics and communication at breakfast - when we were seated the first morning there was no explanation about what was included as hotel guests (until prompted), and items ordered were constantly forgotten or incorrect. I think the level of service at the restaurant doesn't quite match up to the level of the hotel. If these small issues were resolved it would be a perfect five star stay!"
