"The hotel was absolutely fantastic, spotlessly clean amazing staff overall could not fault it ,the pool was the biggest I've ever seen ,had a fantastic time but sadly the food let it down it was always cold no matter what time you got there and very bland I travel all over the world but sadly this is not the best ."

"hi anyone thinking of coming here think twice.we are here now,on arrival last Thursday we checked in and were taken to the room (we have booked a royal level deluxe room ) the room had a very bad smell from the tiolet and a separate shower area i informed reception who seemed to know about the problem they said they would investigate it they did twice the smell was still there.there is also building work adjacent to our room from 9 in the morning with constant drilling and banging.we had to wait until Monday to get moved (i had to chase them up on this) we had to move ourselves and where given a smaller room every night at dinner we repeatedly asked for water it never arrived so we had to go get it ourselves and we were challenged as to why we did this as it was table service.on the 3rd morning we went for breakfast we sat there for over an hour no one asked what we wanted to eat.we also asked 2 days ago for some extra coat hangers( we are still waiting) the cleaners come in every day if you leave the card outside but they don't clean the floors they are filfy.the television has not worked for the last 2 nights this is only 4 days in to a 2 week holiday for my 60 birthday to say I am disappointed is an understatement."

"Will definately return. The hotel is very modern and in a great location. We enjoyed the themed nights in the restuarant and the wine was good."
