Destino Pacha Ibiza

"I heard the management changed a while ago, but it is never a reason for what is coming. I’m sharing this experience because I really feel that Destino five hit the lowest points as possible. And this service for an expensive hotel resort is just ridiculous. So.. Beautiful hotel and everything looks fancy, but that was it. Because the personnel was not polite at all, except that one cleaner, it took so long time with all the orders, things to progress and personnel also happily try to over charge you - In a Bar and restaurant areas both. Me and my friend group went there for 3 nights. We had 3 rooms. One of the sinks didn’t work (no water at all), we asked on two different days that help and fix it or order a solution. Nothing happened. They never came back with the topic. We had drinks and food on the pool and restaurant area every day. Kitchen and service people “forgot” several times some drinks and dishes. And they did not mentioned about it, we had to check the bill and mention that don’t charge because these things never came to our table. They were not even sorry, which is ridiculous and very sad. We also had money loaded on our room cards. One evening they tried to trick and say there is no money left. There was almost 100€ left, when I asked the manager and he showed me the orders of the day from their system. I counted them, and they still didn’t want to cooperate. I point out that the basic math doesn’t add up. He left, the bartender silently fix couple drinks. Very arrogant mindset, and all the time so many people working but they are really not doing anything. This is just a tip of the iceberg. Oh my god, I can’t believe they can do it so badly. It doesn’t cost anything to be nice, polite and do basic customer service things. Never going back there. Personnel ruin the whole atmosphere - Cannot recommend at all. Also, when checking out from the hotel, they put automatic 10% “service fee” to your bill. If you don’t mention anything, they charge you that. I didn’t get even any basic service so it was impossible to pay. And during our time we met couple managers and the whole management and way to work is just so poisoned. They’re not willing to understand nor even listen to your “whatever” thing. Hope you won’t experience the same - Choose another accommodation."

"I was there with my partner for a Daypass and everything was great. The service was impeccable and the staff was always attentive in case we needed anything else. Highlighting the ease of parking in the area and the views they have. We will return."
