"Don't overlook this property! Very comfortable, spacious rooms with effective air conditioning during some very hot days in Granada. Great service from the staff, good variety at breakfast, and within walking distance to much of the city's attractions. Gustavo was helpful throughout our stay, and the man at breakfast was very friendly, as was housekeeping staff. Keep up the great work! "

"Had a 3-night stay at this hotel. A quick tram ride from the train station and this hotel is located super close to the exit. Location is great as you can simply walk to all the sights you want to see in Granada, while at the same time keeping some distance from the noisy touristy areas. Room is comfortable and spacious with great coffee and tea amenities. Breakfast is good. "

"Basic hotel with nice breakfast selection in a good location. Unfortunately we had a poor experience as water started pouring through the bathroom ceiling in the middle of the night and we had to wake the kids, pack our bags and move rooms after midnight. We weren’t offered any refund or even much of an apology. This isn’t somewhere we would return to."
