Granada Center

"We had the best stay at this hotel. I’ve stayed in Granada before but first time here. The hotel was clean, spacious, had lovely, modern aesthetics, great breakfast and only a 13 mins away from Granada centre."

"My wife and I had been on a three-week tour of Spain starting in Madrid then south as far as Gibraltar then up to Malaga and our final stop was Granada. As you can imagine we stayed in many hotels on this trip. This hotel on this trip has been one of the best. We arrived and stayed four days. The on-duty clerk at check in was a gentleman named Marcos. This person was friendly, polite and courteous. Upon checking in, we talked about wanting to go visit the Alhambra a definite must see. I had tried to obtain tickets but being close to Easter, tickets were near impossible to obtain. He said he would try through his sources and before we knew it, we obtain two tickets that included a host of other fabulous sites on the Alhambra compound and other locations like the Cathedral, a definite must see at a very reasonable price. The fare had local transportation and included, the full city circle on and off tourist bus that stopped close to all the must-see landmarks. Later he and now the rest of the staff were extremely helpful in answering our ‘What about this’ questions with such gracefulness and friendly attitudes. The hotel was remodeled three years ago and is lined with lovely gold metal and marble throughout as you can see by our picture. The morning breakfast was outstanding with more than we had expected. The serving staff were courteous and the serving area impressively clean. The cleaning staff also did an outstanding job of keeping our balcony room super clean. One afternoon we were surprised on a fruit platter delivery to our room. This gesture was totally unexpected. On our final night, we asked the bar staff attendant, a person named Jorge, if he recommended any fine dining restaurants. Turns out he had been in management at the restaurant he recommended. We had an awesome seafood meal and when we mentioned his name, the restaurant treated us to some free Tapas. On various occasions, we would ask for a Taxi and within minutes it would arrive. On our departure day, we gave the staff a heartfelt thank you card. This made their day which resulted in a group photograph with Carmen and Mara. We would highly recommend this hotel as it is located within a safe twenty-minute walk to sites such as the Cathedral and many fine Tapas/Dining restaurants. The other nice thing about this location is that it’s walking distance to the Train Station!"

"Location 20’ away from the historical centre, 10’ away from the train station. Near a busy road, so sleep quality not good. Rooms are OK, staff friendly and helpful. Price very high for what it is - €360 for a double room for two nights without breakfast."
