"Stayed there on a tour of Spain (Seville, Cordoba, Granada and Malaga) very nice hotel and only a few minutes walk from the Alhambra. Although it’s stated it has few on the Alhambra it’s really only a wall. Although it’s a 15 minute walk to Granada city centre that’s downhill, it’s a long uphill walk back, but there are lots of buses from the centre to the Alhambra. The hotel is modern and the first room was a good size with a kettle and tea/coffee. The sinks were in the main bedroom with a bathroom and toilet separate. Unfortunately this room had a leaking toilet but we were quickly given another room, this was much better with a completely separate bathroom with both a bath and a large shower. Overall a very nice hotel close to the Alhambra with a nice walk into the centre but get a bus back."

"The good news: location is perfect for Alhambra and the shuttle to the center frequent. For a 5 star Hotel a lot of the rest is mediocre. In random order.. The restaurant serves uninspired dishes with paper napkins, no bath robe in the room, you have to walk outside to access the spa, carpet in the corridor needs to be changed, sinks are minuscule, the tv shuts down after a while and loses the channel you are watching and…. overnight water was seeping in through the upper floor into the bathroom… none of this is acceptable in a Hotel that charges north of 300€ a night. The manager has offered a 10% discount on the next stay.. will certainly not be back there."

"This hotel is located right below the entrance to Alhambra. Some distance from the city centre, but bus stop is nearby. A hop-on - hop-of "train" stops right outside the hotel entrance. This is a good and modern hotel with excellent staff and a very good restaurant. Breakfast also very good."
