"Hotel Carmen was our favorite place to stay in our 2 week trip around Spain. Clean, modern, spacious rooms, awesome balcony. The bar upstairs has wonderful views of Granada. Would stay here again!!!"

"My daughter and i stayed at this hotel for 3 nights on a recent trip to Granada we booked a superior room which had a brilliant comfy bed and spacious bathroom i would have no complaints about the room apart from the noise from the street in the early hours but no fault of the hotel - the staff work extremely hard in the restaurant and the bar we had breakfast two mornings which we paid 15€ and was well worth it compared to other places in the city there was a wide selection of fresh fruit fresh sourdough bread and eggs made while you wait would defo recommend and we ended each evening in the bar with a drink and maybe a dessert to share one night we had tacos they were so helpful especially two wee older men who are sooo efficient didn’t catch their names but nothing was too much trouble we also used the rooftop pool which was a welcome relief after a warm day in the city thanks to all st the wonderful hotel would defo recommend it 100%"

"Nice hotel but we were disappointed by the design of our courtyard double room and would not have booked it had we known that there was no way to prevent light from the courtyard coming in to our room at night. There should be a cover or curtains on this window. Also the shower door orientation means that water gets over the toilet when you get into the shower"
