"Where to start… I don’t know… I guess the rooms and the hotel were clean along with the towels and ok bed and the location is good along with the roof terrace (although there is no bar up there and the lift doesn’t work on that end of the hotel currently) However, the worst thing about the hotel is the entertainment manager if that’s what you can call him - more like a fun sucker. No entertainment in the day, no music and no atmosphere. Karaoke night for example you couldn’t put your song in til bang on 9pm… fortunately it wasn’t that busy but he was rude when we asked and said it was a Halloween quiz… we aren’t kids! And if you dare step away from the smoking area even with a vape in your hand to walk back to your table he shouts across the room at you! During the day he’s like the sun bed police! Along with the lifeguard who doesn’t let you move your sunbed… and if you’re by the back gates… wow! He said for the ambulance to come! On our last day we needed to go and get our bags to check out at 12 and our key card wouldn’t work, we politely asked a cleaner to help - but she refused quite rudely - so had to go back to reception. Food was ok, but we ate out quite a lot."

"Decent stay with fantastic rooms, but let down by the atmosphere and entertainment I would rate my stay a 3 out of 5. There are some definite highlights to this hotel, but also several areas that need improvement. The Positives: * The Rooms: Absolutely fantastic for a 4-star property. Clean, modern, and very comfortable. * The Views & Location: Great ocean views, nice infinity pools, and a highly convenient location close to the beach and local restaurants. * The Bar Staff: Very friendly, welcoming, and nice to interact with. Areas for Improvement: * The Entertainment: The entertainment host is really not a people person and completely lacks interaction with the guests. When he is on the microphone, he speaks way too quickly, making it almost impossible to understand what he is saying. * The Food: While the variety and range of the buffet technically fit a 4-star standard, the actual quality is mediocre. It lacks flavor, feels repetitive, and is a bit of a letdown. * The Atmosphere: The hotel lacks clarity and vibe during the daytime. There is no background music playing during the day, which makes the pool area and common spaces feel quite flat. * The Chair Lift: The hotel needs to look at the chair lift into the pool and needs repositioning near the shallow area so that the individual can be aided and supported in the pool by someone and never have it in the deep end of the pool. Overall, it is a decent place to stay because of the excellent rooms and great location, but management really needs to look into improving the daytime atmosphere and the quality of the entertainment team."

"Arrived at the hotel and was pleased with how it looked That’s about all I can say as a positive experience The hotel is clean and tidy but there is absolutely no atmosphere Daytime and Evening entertainment is almost nonexistent The pools are cold but they helped us cool down during the day as it was very warm. If you want a fuss free holiday with a relaxing vibe this is definitely not the place to go There are more rules and regulations than a school playground The entertainment manager if that’s what his job title is must have worked in a prison before he worked here he is rude and will not let anyone smoke or vape outside of the designated areas (even if you a less than a foot away from it) Food is ok but we decided to eat out as the local restaurants serve much nicer meals and they are not expensive. Drinks !!!!! Premixed cocktails are awful and you are only allowed to take 2 drinks at a time so if there’s a group of you it’s a nightmare. Would we come back not a chance. Spoke to so many people who have visited he on many occasions and have said it’s the worst experience that have had and would not be returning"
