Hotel Ereza Mar - All Inclusive

"We’ve just returned from another stay at Ereza Mar and overall we had a lovely holiday. This was our 4th time here and we would return. We stayed all inclusive in May, in a double room with a sea view well worth it. The hotel was very clean throughout, which we really appreciated. The food was good with plenty of choice on all inclusive, and the location is a big reason we keep coming back — it’s close to amenities and the beach, so it’s easy to walk out for shops, bars and a stroll along the seafront. Another big plus for us was the pool area: we could always get a sunbed, which made the whole stay feel more relaxing (no stress first thing in the morning). Our bed was very comfortable too and we slept well. The only downside this time was staff attitude in a couple of areas. The entertainment staff member was horrible, rude and shouted when we moved a sunbed, which felt unnecessary and put a dampener on things, maybe he should concentrate on his crap entertainment rather than guests moving the sunbeds. Also, one waitress/barmaid (dark hair, glasses, bright red lipstick) came across as quite abrupt and could do with improving her customer service skills—being a bit more welcoming would make a real difference and a smile on her face. That said, we still had a great time overall, and we’d happily come back again."

"This hotel is a nice hotel situated in a well placed spot in Calleta de Fuste. The hotel is modern, very clean , bright well kept rooms, most of the staff are friendly, apart from the guy who seems to run the restarant, he's not happy in his work , you can tell. The food is poor quality , quite often very repetitive. They served under cooked burgers one lunch time, still raw in the middle. The all inclusive system is quite mean in respects, in that they seem to begrudge you asking for more. The sea side of the hotel gets sun in the morning, with the pool in the middle getting it after midday. There is a large demographic of elderly people, surprising really considering the amount of steps in the restarant. Evening entertainment is repetitive, with artists singing most of Eurovisions previous songs. In summary, nice hotel, poor food. Better stopping bed and breakfast"
