The closest airport is Reus, which is about 50 minutes' drive from L'Ampolla. You can get there via Barcelona airport, too, which is about an and a half of a drive. 
L’Ampolla is about halfway between the Catalan cities of Barcelona and Valencia. There are several daily departures from Barcelona Sants station to L’Ampolla El Perello Deltebre station, as well as a couple of trains per day from Valencia.
