ALL the staff were amazing and super friendly, nothing at all negative to say about the hotel…. the only downside was getting to Barcelona city centre ( over an hour on train 😳) nice and relaxing location, I would definitely come back!!! 👍🏽👍🏽👏🏽👏🏽😘😘😀😀😀"

"nice hotel, nice location but their employees are coming at the beach at 4pm to collect all the sunbeds saying we have to go to sleep! unacceptable! and the guy from reception, starting to laugh si been dissrespectfull 2nd time in our holiday it's a shame for this nice hotel"

"Just back from a week in this hotel , had a lovely time. Pros All recently refurbed Beside a fantastic beach and promenade. If you like walking it is perfect. Yes it is a quiet area but that suits me Staff friendly and helpful Food good with plenty of choice and some unusual stuff which I personally like to see. Rabbit with snails, tripe or swordfish! Never seen so many different types of seafood in an all inclusive hotel. Spa area is lovely. (although don’t be like me and read “indoor pool” as a swimming pool, it isn’t it’s just a fairly decent jacuzzi pool!) Cons A few snagging issues with refurb. Toilet loose against the floor, door frame loose (part of it actually fell off during the night) Decor is lovely but bland, a wee splash of colour now and again wouldn’t hurt. Biggest negative for me (and not unique to this hotel) is how All Inclusive guests are treated like second class citizens when getting drinks. Poor quality cocktails, coffe in a paper cup,plastic glasses and cheaper spirits. I get the need for plastic glasses round the pool and the token system is a good idea but surely this should apply to all guests no matter if they are paying for drinks or not. I witnessed non all inclusive guests being given glasses round the pool. I actually googled the gin being served to all inclusive guests, it was called “King” and sells for 6 euro a bottle! I really liked the hotel and would come back, maybe not all inclusive and hopefully when all snagging done."
