Best Cap Salou

"This hotel for a 3* is clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly, entertainment team were just okay but I think they could’ve done more daytime wise. Very family friendly hotel (travelled with family, 4 younger siblings). Food was perfectly fine for buffet food although the meat at the snack bar did need cooking for longer. There was one arrogant lady who stormed around collecting glasses from tables in the evening practically snatched one out of my older brother’s hand saying it belonged to her and proceeded to storm off rolling her eyes at us . Area is quiet there are a few shops and restaurants next to the hotel which is perfect but anything else is a bus journey but that’s okay! Overall this is a good hotel for 3* and I would recommend ☺️"

"Absolutely loved it, had an amazing time, lovely and helpful staff, rooms were cleaned regularly, food was amazing, all as advertised, especially great for the kids! The only small issue we had is that sometimes plates in the restaurant we a bit dirty but as soon as we have addressed it to the manager the issue was taken in to consideration. Overall Great would definitely go back again!"

"The location is picture perfect with beautiful views and atmosphere is so calming Rooms are spacious relaxing and comfortable It's definitely value for what you pay Reasonable prices for a 3* hotel but should be more like 4* for me The hotel is spotless and clean the staff are so friendly with always a smile on there faces That's why i go to this hotel every year"
