"One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. We stayed at this hotel for three nights while attending a sports tournament and had very basic expectations: a clean room, functional facilities, and professional service. Unfortunately, this property failed on every single level. The cleanliness was unacceptable. During our entire stay, housekeeping never cleaned our room even once. No room service, no fresh towels, no attention whatsoever. It felt as if the room had been forgotten from the moment we checked in. The condition of the hotel is shocking. Furniture was damaged, worn out, and in some cases visibly broken. The building itself desperately needs maintenance and renovation. Everywhere you look there are signs of neglect and poor upkeep. It is difficult to understand how this hotel continues to operate in its current condition. Customer service was equally disappointing. Communication was extremely difficult because almost no staff members were able to speak basic English. The only people who could communicate were at reception, and even then they showed little interest in helping guests. Every request felt like an inconvenience to them. The final insult came at check-out. We politely asked whether it would be possible to stay in the room for a little longer free of charge. Nobody informed us that there would be an additional fee. We later discovered that we had been charged without any clear explanation or prior warning. This lack of transparency is completely unacceptable. What makes this experience even more frustrating is that we were not looking for luxury. We simply wanted a decent, clean hotel to rest after long days at a tournament. Instead, we received poor service, poor communication, poor maintenance, and a complete lack of hospitality. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. There are far better options available for the same price. This property seriously needs improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, staff training, and customer service before it can be considered a suitable place to stay."

"The tiles on the floor of the pool were uneven or something so cut the feet off the kids. My kids had blisters under every toe which were bleeding heavily. A few other kids had the same happen so the pool closed for a few days for ‘maintenance’. During this time I emailed management with a complaint to which I still haven’t had a response. The apartment was like a cave, dark and dreary with a smell of urine off the bed! We actually left the apartment half way through our trip and booked a hotel down the road so we paid for 2 accommodations."

"We are here for 7 nights, my wife, daughter and I. We are staying in block 6, a superior apartment with a beautiful sea view. The terrace is huge, with tables, chairs, and two sun loungers. Perfect. The self-catering facilities are really good, with all the cooking utensils you need, a microwave, a large fridge freezer, and a 2-ring hob, which is more than enough for our stay here. There is a supermarket across the road and it is fully stocked, with fresh food, beers, spirits, wines etc, at very reasonable prices and with a beautiful bakery inside. There are plenty of bars and restaurants directly outside, more for a short walk away. Salou is one direction, Cambrils the other along a lovely promenade walk. The beach is beautiful, clean and sandy. All reception staff, cleaners, maintenance are all friendly. This stay here has been perfect and We would definitely stay here again. Thanks everyone ☺️"
