"The hotel was spotless. Read some reviews that were off putting. Food was plentiful, with lots of choice. This is a Spanish hotel that many Spanish people visit. Most of the staff were polite & helpful. Would I stay here again? Yes"

"We stayed for 5 nights with breakfast and dinner included. The hotel was very good value for the money I paid for me and three teenagers. Breakfast was lovely each morning. There was a lot of fish on the dinner menu which we don't eat much of but the salads, bread, fruit, desserts etc were lovely. Bit surprised to have to pay for water with dinner. The vast majority of guests here were Spanish and everyone was very friendly. Salou centre is about 2km away and there is bus stop to Salou and Porteventura world directly outside the hotel. We used it as a base to get to those places. The beach is very close, 100m, and was clean and not as packed as other beaches I've seen. The room was cleaned every day. The room had two double beds, I think the hotel could consider having one double and a bunk/trundle bed as the room was not huge for all 4 of us and a case. One minor gripe is that the pool is a bit small for the number of people staying in the hotel. Floaties were not allowed. Overall a pleasant short stay and nice and close to Reus airport - a small airport which was very quick to get through."

"Hotel was nice and clean - chose to check in at the desk as that’s the way I prefer… check in was slow and queues were v long and slow moving. Checked in and found room - quite small for a family room - for four of us - but it was ok for the two nights we were staying… Hotel was full of students that were running the halls all night banging on doors and generally being an utter nuscience - gig very little sleep and reception didn’t really seem to care. Pools were full of students next day took over the whole place so much so that our 2 kids were a little scared to use the pools - teachers did come out and calm them a bit but it was pretty bad all the same. Room would be more suited to a couple as opposed to a family -"
