"This was a return visit as we were here in April 2026 and booked this holiday while we were only three days into our April holiday. Many of the staff recognised us from our last visit. The customer service was again exceptional and this is what sets them apart from other hotels. As it was building up to Halloween, all staff, not just the entertainment team would dress up in costumes to create a great atmosphere. They actually built a live Terror passage for the adults and had a different timed session that was scaled down for the kids. We again went for the breakfast and dinner package and I must say the food was excellent. The drink was very reasonably priced but had gone up by €1 for the cocktails and by € 1.50 for the cocktail of the day since April. Having said that, the prices were €7.50 and €6.00. My only complaint on the drink side is that they don’t sell any type of Cider. 😡😆. Great to meet up with Monica on reception again and as per the last time she was brilliant explaining everything and to our friends who came this time with us. Ramon the pool lifeguard is a great guy and I had great conversations with him. He is so helpful. The only downside to the week was two days of constant rain as this ment many holidayers did not leave the hotel so when it came to eating times the restaurant was extremely busy but again it showed how organised the hotel was they continued to ensure that everyone was catered for under immense pressure. Our room was cleaned daily with full towel changes, linen changed midweek and the staff were very pleasant.. Big shout out to the entertainment team who worked tirelessly with the kids throughout the week also Ramon the lifeguard, Walter and Magdalena who greeted us every time we went to the restaurant. The management should be very proud of how the staff present themselves and for me it was the care and attention they gave to their customers which will ensure I do come back next year again. 5 Stars to the whole team.*****"

"The best hotel I have ever stayed in. The food is absolutely amazing. So much choice and such good quality. The hotel is lovely and spotlessly clean. The staff also can't do enough for you. The rooms are cleaned daily, which we didn't think k it needed. Highly recommend."

"We wished we had stayed longer! We took a short 4 day break here and it was fabulous from the moment we checked in to the moment we left. We had a fantastic balcony that overlooked the pool and the beach, the room was spacious, clean and functional. The twin queen beds were huge! We felt like we were sleeping in a palace! Staff were very helpful and friendly, front desk always had answers to our questions. Staff in the restaurant worked quickly and kept tables clean and ready for use. The food had lots of choice and was delicious too! Location is good, a clean sandy beach outside, an easy walk into Salou and well served by bus if needed. We didn't use the pool but it was being used by a couple of braver people who seemed to like the cooler temperature, it was a good size and we would have used it in warmer months. There are lots of beds too! If I had to score a negative, it would be the free WiFi, it was slow and dropped off quite a lot. It was free so I will not complain too much about that. I had lots of data on my personal phone so it wasn't an issue. We would definitely return here, overall it gave everything we needed and we didn't try everything out! Games room, rooftop terrace, gym, indoor pool, and more! The entertainment in the evening was good and varied. A nice hotel, nice staff, great food and a good nights sleep! Good location, good facilities."
