"Lovely small hotel very friendly helpful staff ( its a shame you dont get a drink on arrival though) pool area all very clean food plenty of it but all the same stuff each day( would have been nice try more Spanish food ) also some times it cold. Lovely reception staff who helped us book a trip to Barcelona as our company we went with didn't come to our hotel and we couldn't get hold of anyone. Overall a lovely relaxing time"

"Hotel basic,pool area ok and animation staff did a good job. Our room was at the back of the hotel underneath the kitchens and loading bay we were woken up every morning by the refuse truck emptying the bins!!! We had a view of a concrete wall and balcony of the neighbouring flats!! One afternoon of our holiday my partner and our son were using the elevator and as my partner walked through the door they then proceeded to shut as there was a power cut trapping my 10 year old son inside!!! He was stuck in the elevator for 20 minutes till the power eventually came on, as you can imagine my partner and myself were frantic with worry!! The reception staff were no help and all we got was a shrug of the shoulders saying there was nothing they could do. After the event my son was very shaken and traumatised. Later that evening we went to the reception (as no one from the hotel actually made the effort to see if our son was ok) and they accused us of letting our son use the elevator without adult supervision!!! We then asked them to check there cctv so they could see that my partner and son entered the lift together. We then got a half hearted apology. The remainder of the day"
