Bungalows Imperial Park

"Because of a breach in the reservation system of unitursa fraudulent people/thieves had all my records. I got scammed via WhatsApp to pay for the appartement because of that fault. When i contacted unitursa about this they have done NOTHING to help me with this. No discount , no free appartement,nothing! Because of that i had to pay again on arrival , i am very disapointed that there was no compensation at all , even when the leak of my name, phonenumber, reservation number etc was there fault. I lost al lot of money over this. When we arrived in the appartement it was very rundown, beds were horrible, old fournature, ugly walls and ceilings. Postive is the pool + view but when you want to lie at the pool half of the beds are old,broken , not comfortable. I would not come again here, especialy because of the fraud in there system and a lot of money lost because of that"

"I stayed at Imperial Resort for 5 days in September. It was a pleasant experience. The most pleasant part of the resort is the view you have over the city from where you can see the sea. It is a real pleasure to sit on the terrace or by the pool with friends and have such a view. It is a quiet place, but you have to keep in mind that you need a car to get around, which is an advantage, because it gives you the freedom to move around the entire area. Parking was included in the accommodation price. The resort is not a luxury one, but the atmosphere is friendly and it deserves such an experience, especially for those with children. There were families there who stayed all autumn-winter ... I understood that there are heated pools in winter too .... I will come back."

"Although the accommodation was as described that's where it ends! There were no bars, restaurants, entertainment or shops. The only thing that was as described were the pools. Apart from those, there was nothing there. The nearest beach was a 40min walk. The reception staff would order a taxi on request (around 12 euros) but no buses. The transfer from Alicante airport took 2 1/2 hours (longer than the flight!). I feel this resort was totally mis-sold to us."
