Wilson Boutique Hotel

"My experience with this hotel was unfortunately not a positive one. Yesterday morning, I left my belongings at the reception so that I could spend some time in the city before my flight. Among my belongings was a Sephora bag containing several products. After leaving the hotel, I noticed that one of the products was missing from the bag. I immediately called the hotel, and they said they would check whether the product had been left somewhere in the hotel. They later confirmed that it had not been found. Since I had not taken the bag anywhere myself, I explained to the hotel that I suspected someone may have taken the product from the bag while it was left at reception. I shared my concerns with the hotel and mentioned that, given the situation, I felt compelled to leave a review about my experience. In response, I received an aggressive email accusing me of not treating the staff appropriately and of “blackmailing” them by mentioning that I would leave a review. I found this response extremely unprofessional. Rather than addressing my concern or looking for a possible solution, the hotel chose to respond in an accusatory and hostile manner. Unfortunately, the staff were also not particularly friendly during my stay. For example, I was not greeted when entering or leaving the hotel. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel if you are looking for a place where you can feel confident leaving your belongings with the staff or where you expect to be treated in a friendly and professional manner."

"The hotel is clean, spacious, and comfortable, in line with the prices; the area is very convenient and the city tax is high as a result. The staff is friendly and helpful but understands little imperfect English, especially if you ask for something more specific, but they are perfect for understanding the needs of the stay and for general information. Overall, the experience was positive."
