"Good value hotel in pricey Eixample. We stayed 3 night in September before a cruise. Rooms were well maintained and modern in decor, and very clean. Beds were comfortable. Front desk staff were gracious and helpful, they arranged a taxi to take us to the cruise port. We opted for breakfast and found it to be a good value with extensive choices. The breakfast ladies kept everything tidy and stocked. Unlimited cappuccinos were very much appreciated. Absolutely don’t miss the rooftop lounging area, with great views over the city. We enjoyed BYOB drinks there one evening and met a very nice couple from Connecticut who told us about an authentic tapas restaurant near the hotel that we enjoyed the next evening. Room tip is that if street noise bothers you, request an interior room. These rooms have a window even though they are marketed as no view, but don’t face the street. As a result these rooms are very quiet."

"Nice hotel that does the job when you choose to stay for a while in Barcelona. Ideally located in a chic neighborhood with all the major luxury brands not far away, the bus in the immediate vicinity to reach the city center and other famous monuments. Hearty, varied, and very good breakfast. The only downside is that in 4 days for two people we were only entitled to two small bars of soap; they don't replenish the samples, tea, coffee, or water provided in the room at all! At the price we pay, it's still surprising to have to save soap every day! Aside from that, I recommend it."

"Great location. Good atmosphere felt like a boutique hotel. Good value for money. Very clean, comfortable and spacious room. Quiet. Our room had view of back of la Pedrera. Well equipped including complimentary water. Highly recommend. We arrived early but were able to check in."
