Hcc St. Moritz

"Had a very good stay at the HCC St. Moritz Barcelona. Very warmly welcomed by the friendly and professional staff. The hotel is beautiful and perfectly located for exploring Barcelona. Our room was very clean, comfortable a refuge after a day of touring. We didnt eat in the hotel, so cannot comment on the food. All in all, a charming hotel and excellent value for money. Highly recommended."

"Hardware gets a good rate, but software is where they fail. Room was very spacious as well as the large complete bathroom. Well isonoratized, excelent air conditioner. Hair dryer was good (not the crappy wall one) , but a powerfull one. Overall well mantained. BUT: since they where very full, they díd not clean the room, neither changed the towels ! The room wifi was poor (had to sit on the floor by the door to get some signal). They advertiste early check in and late check out based on availability, which obviuosly ... was not available, not even 1 hour extra that I requested even after complaining that they failed to clean the room the day before... in a 4 star hotel... total lack of "service sensitivness". Breakfast was ok, but since they dont have hot containers, the hot food (eggs, bacon, potatoes, sauceges and pancakes) where completly cold. Fruit was available but not ready to eat. You had to peel it yourself. Only one toster made long ques. Overall, great location and good hardware... but with so many opcions close around, for 300 EU, probably there are better opcions in terms of value for your money."

"An excellent hotel with a great location. An excellent location and the air conditioning was a godsend. Housekeeping were active early in the morning vacuuming at 7:00am discouraging a sleep in. That said, the reception and bar staff were exceptional - friendly and very helpful"
