"Our stay was unfortunately disappointing. The water pressure in the room was very poor, and the bedroom air conditioning was far less effective than expected, making it difficult to stay comfortable at night. The most concerning issue, however, was the hotel’s handling of a valuable designer clothing item that disappeared during our stay. While I understand that mistakes can happen, I was surprised by the lack of urgency and concern shown when the matter was reported. What followed was a series of delays, repeated requests for updates, and promises of management involvement that never materialized. What ultimately left the worst impression was not the missing item itself, but the lack of communication, accountability, and proactive customer service. When guests raise a serious concern, they should not have to repeatedly chase the hotel for answers. Unfortunately, that was our experience."

"An expensive designer t-shirt disappeared from my room during my stay. I reported it immediately and fully cooperated with the hotel’s investigation. Housekeeping and the laundry company were unable to locate the item. What disappointed me most was the handling of the situation. I repeatedly had to chase updates myself, requested management involvement, and was informed that the Hotel Manager would review the case and contact me. Despite multiple promises and follow-ups, no manager ever contacted me and deadlines for updates came and went without explanation. Mistakes can happen in any hotel. What matters is how they are handled. Unfortunately, the lack of communication, accountability, and urgency left me extremely disappointed. I have attached screenshots of the correspondence so that others can judge the situation for themselves."

"The hotel needs renovation. We had a familysuite, and the room was very spacious but worn out. The hotel is on a busy street, so if you are a light sleeper I would not recommend it. The breakfast has limited selection, so would skip it. Ok hotel if you want big rooms in ok walking distance to main street."
