"I booked this place because it was advertised as having air conditioner! It is 1 am and even though I am exhausted from walking all day, my family and I can’t sleep as we are sweating too much! There is no air conditioning! Booking.com does not do due diligence when advertising places. Now reading other sites’ reviews a lot of people complained about the same issue! Rooms are small and no air conditioning! Barcelona is very hot and having no air conditioning makes the experience not fully enjoyable. Watch out!"

"Location excellent and rooms were lovely with great views. Our rooms were in the same street but not same building as reception. We were given a whatsup number if we needed to contact reception. Our aircon broke during the night and no one red or answered our messages. In the morning the lady in the reception was sorry and told us it was the mistake of the night worker. But when the repair man came and didn’t fix it (broke again immediately) , no answer to messages again. So we had to run via the street to get contact with reception. Why do they give the whatsup number if they dont answer it? Our flight left early and we orded picnic breakfest during check in, hotel suggested it instead of canceling breakfest. We didn’t receive them since they had forgotten and the lady promised a refund. Well, no refund and no answer to emails. Hotel is ok if everything goes well but if you have to deal with something you will not get any service."
