"Excellent hotel, centrally located, surrounded by bars and restaurants where locals seem to gather. Well placed for transport hubs. Good-sized, comfortable and clean rooms. Lovely rooftop bar. Best feature - amazingly jolly, helpful and knowledgeable reception staff. First rate."

"Perfectly situated a couple blocks from La Rambla, the hotel had nice, spacious rooms with plenty of room and amenities and a modern bathroom with glass-walled shower. The rooftop bar/terrace/pool was a fun place to relax and the food was great. We found the front desk staff to be amazingly helpful at choosing restaurants and advising on local travel. We especially appreciated Mark, who always had suggestions for places to go and things to do. Everyone there was so kind and efficient! The minor thing I will suggest for the hotel is that they consider adding a towel bar where towels can dry after showering so that they don’t need to be changed each day. The hooks in the bathroom, while stylish, really don’t allow them to dry thoroughly."

"Avoid at all cost, bathroom roofs are moldy and staff does not care. Trying to rip off more money by forcing upgrade. We arrived today to the hotel and noticed in the first evening that shower roof was full of mold marks. We went to reception and asked for a new room and got it, but it had the same issue. Looked like they tried to cover it by painting roof with fresh white paint. Staff did not even apologize once for this and asked us to pay for an upgrade which felt quite outrageous after paying a lot of money in begin with and getting moldy room not once but twice. After this, we asked for a refund as this is serious issue for health and lack of staffs caring, but they refused to refund fully and we had to pay one night (around 200e) for literally staying few hours and changing rooms even in between. Please stay away from this hotel as they do not care guests health or convenience at all."
