"Everything was perfect, we are very satisfied with our stay in Turista da Trindade. The hotel is very well located and secure. The hosts are very available to help us. The room was nickel, very large (TV, sofa, wardrobe and bathroom, balcony), bright and very clean, the cleaning being done every day by the housewives who were caring. There is no noise at night. We can only recommend this hotel. We'll be right back."

"I did not choose this hotel, it was booked for me. If I had booked then I wouldn’t have chosen it. Mainly because there’s no staff. It’s not really a hotel, it’s just a place to stay and instructions on how to get into the building are sent by what’s app, and I had to phone the number on the door to get them. If you aren’t very savvy with a mobile phone then this isn’t the place to stay. We were an hour early and couldn’t get in the room. Had to get changed in the only communal space which has a tiny bathroom and vending machine and a few tables and chairs. Also the shower in our bathroom wouldn’t stay on the bracket, as soon as there was any pressure it flipped up spraying water all over the opposite wall and ceiling. So could only use the shower by hand Rooms are good, it was very clean and it smells nice when you walk through the door. There are big lockers to store your luggage in."
