"A modern Hilton while not seemingly centrally located is a very good option for a visit to Porto. Rooms are large, well laid out and thoughtfully decorated. Bedding is comfortable. Breakfast was generous and breakfast staff friendly. We did get an early check-in for one of our rooms. A delightful surprise was the delivery of a bottle of Port and bakery in the late afternoon. Staff were professional and pleasant. With reasonably priced taxi service or the option of a healthy walk, this Hilton is a great choice."

"Everything is excellent. The staff at the front desk, the staff at the bar, and restaurant, everyone is extremely professional, and very helpful. The hotel itself is very clean and modern, the rooms are very good size. We had a king room with an extra rollaway bed (extra fee), with a balcony (room 516). The room had a spectacular view of the city, and the bathroom was very room. Everything was really excellent and spacious. We had also read that in other hotels, people could hear street noise, but not in this hotel. The rooms were quiet. The hotel itself is located 2 minutes from the metro, but within a 15 minute walk of everything by the river. Ubers are generally very quick and cheap if you’re not up for the walk. I would absolutely recommend the hotel, and if you have an Amex platinum, there’s the semi annual $300 credit that applies for the stay, and an extra $100 for dining, spa, etc. Breakfast was included in our stay and the breakfast options were great. Food was excellent and staff very attentive."
