The Log Porto Hotel

"A few of us stayed here while visiting Porto for a wedding and overall we had a really nice stay. The hotel has a very interesting design and I loved the wood/log theme running throughout — it gave the hotel a lot of character and made it feel quite unique. The staff were friendly and helpful, the beds were comfortable and breakfast was quite good. The location also worked really well for us as we were fairly central for the wedding we were attending, and there’s also a shopping centre nearby which was really convenient. The only thing I hadn’t realised before arriving was that the hotel doesn’t have a pool area or gym, which was a little disappointing and something I would have liked during the stay. Overall though, we had a comfortable stay, the location was convenient and the staff were lovely."

"We stayed at Log Hotel for 8 days / 7 nights . The rooms were very modern, clean and nice. The Buffet Breakfast was excellent with lots of variety, coffee, Expresso, etc The Lobby was very authentic,huge and super Ambiance and atmosphere. The staff ( Tomas, Fernando, Claudio )and rest of staff went above and beyond Customer Service , offering help every way possible. I’d recommend this hotel very strongly and we would stay here every time to Porto."

"We really loved our stay at the Log Hotel. The design of the hotel is very pretty and unusual, the staff very attentive and friendly. The rooms were extremely comfortable, clean, loved the shower and the comfortable beds. Breakfast was lovely- high quality- everything was freshly cooked and appetizing- and with a lot of choice, (English breakfast and continental). It’s about 45 to walk to the old town which we enjoyed but on some occasions we took a very affordable rise with Bolt- the Portuguese equivalent of Uber. There is the Alameda Mall nearby ( with a food court) and some fast food places within 5 minutes on foot from the hotel."
