"Called on 20/Jan to reserve a room and they confirmed the room in my name. Arrived on 7/Apr and there was no room for us. They wished us luck finding the a room in Porto in Easter time for the same day..."

"This bed and breakfast hotel was in a good location, very convenient for bus and metro, making the historic centre of Porto easily accessible. The room was clean and tidy, the room's facilities equally good. The staff were always helpful and I found the lack of English from some of them quite an enjoyable challenge. Indeed, the hotel catered for a wide range of nationalities, evident even during our week's stay. The breakfast was perfectly acceptable for quite a small establishment. Plus, if anybody needed a full, cooked breakfast, there were several cafes within five minutes walk. The hotel was also about fifteen minutes walk from one of Porto's major new shopping centres (five storeys of shops etc) and the equal distance from FC Porto's Dragao Stadium. It's not easy to find any issues negatively, although it would not suit a disabled person, as there wasn't a lift. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our week in Porto and the hotel and it's staff played no small part in that."
