"The hotel is conveniently situated with extremely friendly staff and service. Our room was smallish but spotlessly clean and comfortable. The airport shuttle goes both ways and is a great help. They even give you a public transport ticket loaded with 4 trips which they did not add to our bill. It's typical of their many welcoming gestures. Highly recommended."

"superb hotel in a quiet neighbourhood. Subway is a 5 min walk. We had room 403 and it was so quiet! The twin room was more expensive than the king, so we booked the king. I mentioned at the reception we actually preferred the twin, and they put us in a twin at no extra charge. The cleanliness is obvious from the moment you go in, and the bed sheets are so white and soft that you feel like in heaven when you go to bed. The AC is the best I have felt in all my travels: zero noise and soft air. Most hotels have a minibar, but this hotel has a minifridge that keeps your water cool. The breakfast is very good, and even though it’s the same every day, it is not boring, with sufficient variety to keep you energized for 1/2 day. People are amazing: kind, smiling, helpful. I will return and also recommend it to friends who will travel to Porto."

"Clean comfortable rooms, nice cozy public areas including a hybrid lobby /bar food was off a decent standard a wide ranging continental available for breakfast along with several hot items. Dinner was perfectly serviceable but food throughout Porto was of a high standard. Location not central but travelling around Porto either by public transit or by uber/bolt was extremely easy and relatively inexpensive. Staff friendly and thoroughly professional."
